They messed up my hair so bad. They put a perm or relaxer something while washing my hair. I smelt it when I was washing my hair almost a week later. I had curly wavy hair and it’s dead now . Texture is horrible doesn’t curl up at all and breaking. It’s been a few months now and it’s still so damaged. I messed up going there on a Sunday besides my normal place.

I love going to Santa's a few times a month. Service is excellent and A plus treatment. All the girls work work fast but at the same time really take care of your hair. My hair is growing thick and shiny due to their treatments. And the best part is that you never have to wait more than 2 minutes to be seen. My favorite salon in New Jersey.

Very nice salon, only came for a layered haircut cause I don't style my hair much other than natural curls. Beware have a whole day set out and nothing planned because time management is extremely poor! I was told by the owner that I would be taken after waiting 35 min after shampoo wash. But the stylist took another girl out of the rollers. The stylists are all very nice and have good hands. I have a lot of patience but waiting 1hour and half for just a basic haircut was a bit much of a test.

I called and asked for a certain person and was told that they would be there and they were not. Prices fluctuate. There not consistent with the prices for the same services. And when you question the price the owners tone and the way he was yelling, announcing to everyone what I questioned him. That was very rude and unprofessional to treat a customer. Trys to intimate you and deminimize as a person. Will not be going again. I will take my money elsewhere.

I have been going to this hair salon for a while for my hair coloring. I have very short hair so hair coloring should never take long. I went there on a Saturday morning around 9:15 and was placed in the chair, and a towel was wrapped around my neck and was told by the owner I would be next.
About 30 minutes later, the lady that was supposed to do my hair finished with a client and took another client that just walked in. I asked her was I next? She stated that the owner had to go get my hair color. No one never explained to me that the hair color was not there and I would have to wait. (This is the second time this has happened; the first time I waited over 2hours). And I let that slide.
Another lady called the owner and gave the cellphone to me. As I said hello, the owner began yelling at me saying “what is the problem” repeatedly and then yelled “he had to go get the color” before I could hardly speak he stated “if I didn’t want to wait to go somewhere else.” I kindly hung up on him and politely left the shop.
His tone and the way he was yelling was very rude and unprofessional to treat any customer! Had he communicated in the first place before leaving that he did not have the hair color, I could have had the option to decide if I wanted to wait or just pick another color.
It’s not about the time, or the color; it’s more about being respectful to people. The owner lost a customer in me due to his disrespectful and rude demeanor! I felt mistreated and will never go back or recommend anyone to that shop.

I like to come here and do my hair with Maria. I come when ever I want a quick Dominican blow dry and the best part is you don’t have to make an appt, it’s like a Dominican dry bar. Victor the owner is is very nice and always on point paying attention to every client that comes in. This is a Dominican hair salon

Let me start by saying I have not had a stylist in about 7 years (just moved here). I have not had any heat whatsoever and my ends needed trimming and my hair needed to be layered. This visit literally ruined my birthday. I Called days before to make sure I could get a wrap (w/curlers) . Instead I got a lot of heat, no ends trimmed (I asked) and not a very pleasant experience. No one smiled even though I did and spoke to even though I did. Spoke to the owner Victor but when I got there was charged $10 more then quoted. Iwas sent home with Bobby pins in my hair because the stylist could not or would not give me the volume or body for my wrap I suggested. Spoke to Victor was nice but the stylist I had (near the wash bowl) stayed on her phone and ignored my pleas . I asked for my ends to be clipped or trimmed and she literally quickly clipped one row in the back, one in the middle somewhere and maybe one other clip. I did not have layers and my ends were messed up when I got home. I took out the 6 pins and my hair literally was flat as a board!. Very disappointed.....
Victor promised when I went back he would be there? What about my hair now?

Mixed emotions. Comfortable chairs. Owner and the lady who did my silk press were friendly. The shampoo lady didn’t speak to me or respond when I said hello. They also used some kind of special conditioner I didn’t ask for and tried to add it to my charge at the end. Lady who did my rollers didn’t speak to me either & acted annoyed when I couldn’t read her mind with how she needed me to assist her with what she was doing & she had to actually speak to me. The blowout was mediocre & took too long in my opinion but the lady was sweet even though she told me it was “too late” to ask for a couple curls on my silk press before I left which made no sense. Owner overcharged me by $10 until I questioned it then still overcharged me by $5 from the price he told me before coming in. It was just okay and I won’t be back.
