“I highly recommend Gates Flag and Banner. Bob Brooks is a gem; he was an excellent help from our first encounter, during installation, and completion. He removed all of my concerns and worries. The installation team arrived before I got home, but Bob instructed me to put a white wooden stake on the location of the flag pole. I ordered a 20’ x 5” fiberglass pole complete with 3’x5’ flag, a brass top, covered pulley, and cleat. The workers put the pole at the end of my deck and the cleat where it can be reached while standing on the deck. I’m just waiting for the concrete to cure before I raise the flag.”

“I needed my papers to be perforated and cut immediately as staples won't do the preforating. I even went to several stores like Fedex print and they dont have that service. I finally found this place. The staffs were really nice to help me with it at a short notice even though i called and arrived about 45 minutes later. Overall the customer service were great, friendly, and attentive. Im really glad they helped me at short notice and as a walk in, even though it was in the late evening where a lot of print shops were closed around that time and they were still open. 😊”

“I can't say enough good things about Frank and this shop. I was in a real pinch and even though it was not their emergency, they were able to a put together a spectacular product within a short time frame. They treated me with respect the whole time and made me feel taken care of while also remaining professional and courteous. I'm pretty sure Frank stayed a bit later than usual to help me with my engraved award I needed as well. This was not my first call during my emergency situation, but I couldn't be happier with discovering Academy Engraving and having my piece made here. Not only is their work very well done, but they are also an absolute pleasure to work with. If you're between finding a place for this kind of service, I say with pure confidence that you found the right place and that you should look no further. “We were dissatisfied with how an image of us with delicate colors of a beautiful Caribbean day printed out with FedEx, etc. Colors were dull. Given the uniformly perfect scores and highly favorable reviews Loupe Digital received, we decided to try them. The photo is a panoramic one. We explained we wanted only that shape in true colors. James listened carefully and understood exactly our concerns about the panoramic shape and true color quality of the turquoise shades of sea, the sky and the sand. We chose the exact size for the true color prints from image sizes he displayed on his computer. We selected one that was just right. In consultation with James and Michael, we then chose the frameless acrylic frame in which the print would be sealed. We got the framed print back today. What we got far exceeded that: it looks and feels like we are back there. It's a fantastic panoramic true color print in a sealed floating frame. We expected very good. They are highly skilled professional who really care about their craft, and get everything right first time. It was a calm, friendly experience throughout. Whenever we have photos to print, we will absolutely go back to James and Michael at Loupe Digital.”

“Lynn and her team are amazing! They customized a beautiful awning and PVC sign for my shop, Nana Noodle House, working efficiently and professionally—all at a reasonable price. There was a small issue when the workers accidentally discarded a crate under the awning that I had planned to keep. However, as soon as Lynn noticed, she immediately sent her team to install a new crate at no extra charge. Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out. I highly recommend Lynn to any local shop looking for high-quality signage or a creative expert to bring their vision to life!”

“We had such a great experience working with this print shop. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely excited to help bring our project to life. As a small business creating a monthly date night mail subscription, we had a lot of questions about paper types, sizing, and print quality. They took the time to walk us through all of our options, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure everything turned out exactly how we envisioned. The print quality exceeded our expectations, and you can really tell they care about their work and their customers. It’s not easy finding a shop that’s both knowledgeable and kind, but they truly are. We’re looking forward to printing many more projects with them in the future. Thank you again for all of your help. we highly recommend them!”
