Zero, absolutely zero customer service. Was looking for labels, one representative said go to aisle 8 another person said go to number 9. I came back again and he was like ohh you should check aisle 1. I couldn’t find it there, and I keep circling around. At the end the representative was like let me go look for it, after waiting for 20 minutes, he came and was like my bad I forgot about it.
An hour of my time wasted to find labels.

Hadn't been there (Hackensack) in a long time. Crayola crayons again - 99 cents!! Yay! Bought other things too - at good prices. The cashier was terrific! It's always a good place to check out - well stocked, and good rewards program.

This is probably the biggest Staples store I've been in. Wider aisles. They helped me cash my Staples Rewards.
