I love this Target , but today I had a bad experience where I felt racially profiled in the ulta beauty section. Yes you can keep an eye on customers but I felt followed and legit filled through the 4 Isles.other wise I have never had an issue with the location

online it said they had a certain item in stock but i couldnt find it so i went to ask a worker and they looked it up and said the system must be glitching. i was a bit sad but they told me if i place an order for it online to pick-up it would offer free shipping because the inaccurate stock amount. thank you!

Horrible! I tried to do Drive Up and waited almost an hour before I gave up. I even called and they don’t answer. That whole time I was waiting I only saw an employee come out once. I told my friend about my experience and she said the same thing happened to her! She waited 30 mins and never got her stuff either. They shouldn’t offer Drive Up if they can’t do it.

I’m the the type to do bad reviews but honestly I felt cheated. I would’ve taken an apology and went on with my day but the people at the help desk were treating me like I was an idiot when the clothing on the rack was labeled 50 % off but really it was %40 I don’t care about the $3 difference really but at the very least move the item or put the correct signage

I was picking up an order with the drive up. I sat in my car waiting for an hour and still didn’t get my order. It’s freeze outside and I had sat for so long I had to turn my engine off after my gas light came on 10 minutes into me waiting. I came into the store to pick it up faster after an hour and had to stand on another line for 30 minutes. The only reason I even waited this long is that I have no food in my house and no money in my account and the money I used to buy my groceries wouldn’t be refunded immediately so I would be hungry no matter what. This is the worst shopping experience I’ve had in my life and I won’t be shopping at target anymore. If they are swamped they shouldn’t be telling people their orders are ready just to wait over an hour

I tried to buy a doll today and at the self register the worker ripped the doll out of my hand and walked off with it. Didn’t say anything.

First time this has happened to me at a Target, the cell phone solicitors by electronics were particularly aggressive, they queried a question and I politely declined and they continued to harass me about selling me phone plans. No thanks means no, now stop bothering me while I'm shopping. I didn't go to Target to get harassed and deploying these sales people that probably aren't even a part of Target is utterly annoying.

This location has a tendency to close nearly all their checkout registers leaving only 1-2 opened 3 hours before store closing time which results in long congested lines of customers having to wait up to 20 minutes for checkout. This is a reflection of poor inefficient management and just plain laziness by night shift during what is usually very busy peak hours.

Takes advantage of drive-up customers by giving expired batteries which is obviously oxidized leaking battery acid. Take your business elsewhere in Hackensack.

I don’t come here to this location a lot but I went to this location to buy something recently and while I was waiting for my mom to finish paying for her things a cashier was being extremely rude and she thought I didn’t pay for a pair of pants that I bought when I had already paid for it at the self checkout which is absolutely ridiculous people need to learn to mind their own business, also my mom and I were being asked by these people by the electronics section if we wanted to use a different cell phone service when we already have one that we pay a lot of money for and they can’t take no for an answer that is not okay it is basically harassment
