I have my business account here and I needed money to purchase a new truck , they act like if they are making you a favor giving you your own money , store manager said she won’t be able to give me more then 5 thousand, also said that I have to place a withdrawal order that would take

I walked in to open an account 15 minutes before closing and the 2 tellers (2 men) behind the counter just stared at me and continued their conversations. No welcome or any offer to help and continued staring out the corner of their eye like “why is she here.” Went to the one by Burger King at 540 River St. right after and got exceptional service and the guy stayed past 6pm to assist me. That TD bank (540 River St) is so much better!

From the moment I walked in, the staff were extremely unpleasant and showed no friendliness or willingness to assist. It was evident that customer service is not a priority for them, which is surprising for a customer-facing role. Simple courtesies and basic politeness seemed to be completely absent.
The tellers and bankers are completely incompetent. When I attempted to deposit my check, it was processed incorrectly. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, I was told to resolve the issue myself. It wasn't until I took the initiative to suggest a way forward that any assistance was offered.
The workers should reconsider working in a customer-facing environment. TD should do better when hiring

TD Bank is a joke. If you call with 10 seconds of them opening you receive the standard due to increase traffic. BS THATS A THING ALL GRIMMY BUSINESSES DO NOW. I have a Blue Nile credit card through TD Bank. They are impossible to reach. On hold for four times over 1 hour and nobody ever answers. Then you get the updating system excuse. You would think they want to get paid. I would NEVER get any TD products. They are a joke.

Horrible service! An older lady turned me away saying I didn’t have the correct documentation to open an account. First of all I had previously opened an account with TD but at another branch. I gave them all the documentation that I gave this older lady and they opened my account with no issue. I provided documentation stating I was the REP PAYEE & even went on the website to show the lady and that wasn’t enough. How can one branch do one thing and then another branch does another??? Make it make sense. It doesn’t! Take another training class and hire people who are nice and know the correct information.

Miserable, unfriendly and rude! 2 tellers only 1 waiting on customers. When the line finally went to the door, did the 2nd one asked if she could help me - no hello, no smile and annoyed I didn't have my ATM card. I was making a deposit and my signature is on record at this location. She starts mumbling to me at and I finally have to tell her I can't hear/understand what she is saying. Completed transaction and I don't even get a simple thank you.
This is typical of my experience with this location. If you don't want to deal with people, than don't take a job as a teller!

Customer service is very good
