Super unprofessional. I’ve been an account holder for over 10 years and they decided to close out my account without providing reason.
My parents have had several accounts here for longer than I and they have also closed their accounts as well.
The only reason I could think this may have happened is due to an employee having an issue with my parents. They came in over a month ago asking to withdraw 3k from one of their accounts. The employee was extremely rude and purposely made it difficult by DEMANDING to know why they needed to withdraw “so much”. It’s common knowledge at ALL banks that you only need to provide reason for withdrawal for 10k or more.
That being said I’m sure that they profiled my family, because they are very clearly NOT WHITE.
Anyways, we went in person and asked to speak to someone, and we were told that per contract they can terminate service for any reason without explanation.
This branch is truly disgusting and unethical. I do not recommend anyone use them to bank with. The employees at Wells Fargo and Chase far surpass TD in experience/atmosphere, customer service, and truly make you feel respected and valued. Honestly just open an account ANYWHERE else

The customer service is terrible, I had an appointment for 11:30 with Jeffrey because he never showed up, the lady who is in the office on the right side of the entrance is super unfriendly, I only spoke to a cashier to help me and it was already 12 :30 pm and I had to wait for him to dispatch all the people who were going to pay in line did not respect my appointment and did not help me further.

Likes to close early and sit inside and laugh at the customers who didnt make it even though they close 5 minutes early. I now will be taking all my money, my companys money and my family companys money to another bank that has customer service. Td bank americas most inconvenient bank

2 ATMs in the lobby. They're a little too close to each other, but it helps reduce the wait when several people are waiting.

Good branch overall. Sometimes the lines are long if you need to sit and speak to a representative (would be nice if hired another employee) but overall friendly and reliable service

Customer service is the worst in the world. Personally and also through calls. If someone helps you. Another person cannot follow your process, they say that you have to return to the branch or wait for the person who helped you. I am not at all satisfied with that branch.

I had a very positive experience with Jeffrey at your Hackensack location next to the Burger King. I had a somewhat difficult situation that needed to be corrected with my ATM card. Jeffrey was pleasant, courteous and efficient while handling the situation.. He definitely deserves a raise. Sincerely, Theresa Perls- a satisfied customer

I always like that TD Banks are open on Sundays, even if their hours are limited. They have a drive thru here and plenty of parking. No coin machine anymore but they do give you rolls for coins.

The customer service of this TD location is absolutely spot on. My wife and I came to open to a business account, and we arrived here a little late closer to closing. Other banks would probably turned us away but not this bank. We worked with Mr. Victor Camacho, his service is the true definition of above and beyond customer service. He stayed with us to finish after closing time and made the process smooth and easy.
