The store provides great professional customer service with quick and efficient operations. The friendly staff, including service members Jason and Elliot, and the store owner Alex, are a big part of the experience. One customer needed a 110 pound package picked up, packed, and shipped to California; Elliot spent lots of time resolving the issue, and Alex picked up the bulky item and packed it the same day, enjoying the challenge. The location is super convenient with great parking and shopping carts to get from the car to the front of the store (carts are not allowed inside). It is clean, convenient, and highly recommended.
