I wish I had read the reviews before rolling over my retirement funds. I had the exact same experience as Jeff R.—a classic bait and switch.
TIAA is unable to properly convert rollover funds from other retirement accounts and offers a very limited investment portfolio. Once your money is transferred, you’re essentially left in the dark until you escalate the issue yourself.
They showed no urgency or accountability during a critical time. Save yourself the stress—go elsewhere!
