this place is HORRIBLE! So unprofessional very unorganized! & the owner is SCAM ! He over charges everything in the store ! He FIRED me because we were busy & couldn’t get to the mail deliveries fast enough so he had to enter them hisself when he entered the store . He spoke to me like I was trash like I haven’t been busting my behind in that store since I started !! & now he’s refusing to give me my last direct deposit! PLEASE don’t waste your time in THIS store ! It’s trash ! OVERLY PRICED ! Oh & let me also add that They always misplace people packages!! I am furious & don’t care what come after this comment !! I’ve kept my mouth shut for a lil bit too long now!! You think it’s cool to play with how I feed my 2 children ?

I got my notary here. Just for two notaries it’s $18. How ever I did it there. I went to other UPS store (130 W pleasant ave, Maywood) and checked they said it’s only $2.50 per stamp. If you need notary go elsewhere for all other services this store is good.

Store put wrong return label on the wrong box, since October waiting for my items to be returned to me. This location accepted zero accountability. They stated there was nothing they could do and asked me to follow up with Amazon. Amazon since October has been giving me the scripted response to no avail. They still have not returned my package. Do not return your items at this location.Update:As you can see below, the store still fails to accept any fault for their error when I always write on the boxes, which is which, with a sharpie. In this particular case, both items returned, and I recycled the same box it came in. So, there really wasn't room for error. Yet, here we are, 1st and last time going to this location.

Staff wasn't too friendly. I booked an appt for notary service at 10a for last weekend via their website. I got their and the one guy behind the counter was telling me they don't do notary until 1030a and that no one ever books online and he wasnt aware that was a thing. I tried to show him that I had an appt for this location and instead of looking at it, he rolled his eyes, looked at the line and said "okay, fine I believe you but again notary hours don't start until 1030a." How is it my fault that your store website 1. Allows for appt booking, 2. The hours don't match the hours they have in store, and 3. Employees aren't up to speed with the website. The process of my 1 document took less than 5 minutes! The employee also thought about having me wait until 1030 -1040 when their 3rd coworker got in, which would be 30 to 40 mins after my appt. It took longer for him to complain about the notary hours and complain about the coworker that was arriving late (who they repeatedly kept complaining about the entire time I was there waiting in line) than doing the 1 document that required only 1 signature. The only reason I booked online was so was guaranteed a space and the 10a slot fit my busy schedule. Next time I'll go somewhere else where I don't feel like I'm being a nuisance to the staff. Two stars since I was able to get my form notarized. Overall unprofessional but acceptable if you need this in a pinch.

ITS 9:05AM and the store is closed on a Monday morning August 14,2023. There is a line of 4 people and 3 others left. No one answers the emails I’ve sent or calls I’ve made. Please fire the manager and just close this store. Besides not opening at 8:30AM, the store is terribly run and no one knows where anything is. This store deserves 0 stars.

UPDATE regarding the below (negative) review: The manager made contact and made good. He expressed his regret in a calm and professional manner and is working to make my customer experience (and the experience of all his customers) improved.______________________________I've rented a box there for the past couple of years. Wait times have increased substantially since I first rented the box, and more could be done by way of at least "I'll be right with you" when greeting customers.

All I know I truly miss the previous owners! I can see some other typical responses. Knowing the clientele in Bergen/Passaic counties can be really tuff. This is not NYC, everyone is nasty with high expectations from each other. Either way the workers expect for 1 or 2 the rest are pretty crappy, prejudice, play stupid and entitled like the rest of clients. They are not my favorite people at all. They cannot handle customer service very well. They treat you like you should have known better than to ask them. Why am I tipping for crap service. Ha laughable. The new owner is not nice. Once he talked to me like I was his one of his workers. I let him know you have no right to talk down to me. Did I treat you the way you are speaking to me? Never! I continued to say you speak to me in front of my child like this. Alex the manager I believe changed his attitude after that. The workers feel like other brown clients who have mailboxes there should not come there!! It is a WOW for me! DO NOT EVER CALL THEM THEY WILL HAVE YOU ON HOLD LONGER THAN 3-4 MINS. IF YOU HANG UP AND CALL BACK THEY CATCH THE ATTITUDE LIKE YOU DID SOMETHING TO THEM!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SERVE LIGHT COMPLEXIED PEOPLE LIKE THEMSELVES! WHY MAKE IT ABOUT RACE BECAUSE THEIR ACTIONS SHOW ME OTHERWISE HOW THEY TREAT DIFFERENT PEOPLE BASED OFF THEIR SKIN TONE! OVERPRICED TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY ARE TRASH! THEIR MINDS ARE SLOW UNEDUCATED IDIOTS! THEY ARE THE TRUE SCUMS THE WORLD NEEDS NOT SEE PEROID!

I have been going to this place before the new owner took over. Since the new owner took over little-by-little It has become so dirty and today The employee is sitting on the counter helping customers it is a disgusting and the employees are very rude...I will be taking by business else where for now on
