Imagine making a deposit, then asking for $1 in loose change (9 dimes & 10 pennies) to be converted into quarters and getting resistance from the teller.Hire tellers that understand the job. This was the most absurd Teller.

This valley bank branch has the most amazing and capable banking team members - Jody was able to mitigate past this issue (a confused customer in many ways) this issue was potentially going to escalate.. still, Jody stayed cool and confident and provided me with a great customer experience! Give jody a raise please!

I called the branch and they told me they were too busy to address a question about an account balance. They promised to call back and they never did. I will be moving my accounts to an institution that serves its customers.

Stay away from this location, the ATM ate my card. They said they could open the machine and get the card out, but they wouldn't unless I was a customer. Really?

Drive through is so slow, and I know the car on the other side of me felt the same thing. They even forgot to give back the other ladies drivers license. When she asked for it , the employee misplaced it .
