“This store is a lot of fun. To call it a 'Japanese dollar store' would be wrong because everything isn't a dollar. The prices are in Yen and there are a few signs in every aisle with the conversion to US dollars. If an item doesn't have a price in Yen then its $1.99. There are aisles with school supplies, home decorating, toys, art and crafts, travel items, automotive, gardening supplies, home organizing for home office, bathroom and kitchen, house cleaning, beauty, kitchen and cooking supplies, dishes and cups plus some snacks. Everything has a very neat Japanese aesthetic and a good amount of cuteness. Many home decor items are seasonal so grab them while you can, other things like cleaning and home organizing are always available. I like getting short drinking straws for small lunchbox drinks, storage bins to organize my fridge, and a rice mold to make California rolls at home easily. Their stationery items are great- super cute, unique post its, erasable highlighters (Yes! They DO erase!)all sorts of paper clips and note books. Remember that Japanese homes are small and they use space wisely, so housewares are scaled down. You won't find huge 18" long rolls of foil like in American supermarkets, but you will find petite silicone bakeware and rolls of plastic and parchment in proportion to that. You'll find everything to pack a super thorough lunch right down to mini bottles for sauces and little condiment cups with lids. Its a great store and I always find cool stuff to buy!”
“Daiso is a Japanese brand that’s equivalent to US’s 99 cents store. But items are more unique, diverse and at times, chic. Daiso is also very popular in South Korea and in Korean language, Daiso literally means, pun intended, ‘we have everything.’Indeed this Japanese mart has literally everything you need for the house and school. Dinnerware, snacks, gardening needs, clothing, stationary, cleaning products, etc., just name it and they have it. However, the quality of their products are suspicious at best.It’s fun to browse through the mart. It’s fun to purchase a thing or two you may need. But beware, these things will not last long.”

“I love this store Open to 6 different locations.There are some items that you find in all of the stores but each store has different items Some cater to children some the home and pets the workout products have not been as good as they have in the past The gateway plaza has More of a selection. Haven't been there in a. while, So it may have changed. They used to have the candy from back in the day. I don't find it as much anymore.”

“We dropped by this FiveBelow location on our way out of the theater, where we were promptly welcomed and given a basket at the entrance. They offer a wide range of products (e.g. posters, greeting cards, makeup products, board games, candies, books, toys, etc.). While most items could be found cheaper at my local discount store, I still purchased some Roblox merch as gifts for the little ones and a bubble tea kit.”

“I the first time I've went shopping at ABC'S, store ? was probably around in the 2000's but this was on Junction BLVD in Queens by the #7 train. ?? I wasn't even aware that the ABC's store was also on Sunnyside in Queens because sometime I used to walk out there & back. However this store is ?? Incredible! I'd be buying Almost Everything in there such as, winter coats, ? lots sleeveless shirts, robes, pajama pants, tee shirts, neck warmers, panties, nightgowns, & one of those Thermo sets that you wear underneath your clothes in the winter, ❄️ lovely oil sents, & one time I bought me a one of those recliner chairs ? coverers when I'd first shopped in ABC's on Junction. & It's ALWAYS Crowded that u can BARELY walk around to find out what your looking for let alone, trying to exiti or (sometimes) entering in ABC'S. I guess ? maybe I'm not the Only one that Loves & Enjoying shopping in this store, very polite employees & customers & clean. So whenever I need something from ABC'S (including some comfy pillow seats for chairs,) I can either go to Junction BLVD, or to Sunnyside Queens!!!! ??????????♥️?? ❣️”

“So nondescript on the outside I didn't notice it for the 4 years I've lived in the neighborhood. Averaged sized store that is MUCH better than the two 99¢ stores further south on Amsterdam, which is really saying something. I found a medium-sized padded envelope and a pack of small safety pins. Pretty random, but since they still carried it, it shows that they do have a fairly comprehensive selection.”
