Difficult to work with… I placed the order for the keyboard covers through Staples October of last year. An email was sent to Devin last 10/28/22 for the certificate numbers. After 2 months of not receiving the products, I called Viziflex to follow-up. Gregory told me over the phone that he can’t find the certificate numbers in their database so we have to resend it. We gave the 16 certificates over the phone & via email. When I followed up again last month, they informed me that it was mailed already (via USPS regular mail with no tracking #). Every week since then I call them to follow-up and they keep on telling me to wait due to the mail service delay issues with USPS. I spoke with multiple staff members like Sergio, Brandon, Greg. They will tell me that they will call me back bec. they need to check the order, but never did I receive calls from them. There are also a lot of times that I will be directed to their VM but nobody checks it too because I will never get a reply back from them. Just today, Sergio told me that they mailed the order twice, but I don’t know why they would send it through regular USPS mail again with no tracking #??? Really frustrating to deal with unprofessional people!!!

Unreasonable nearly 3 month delay processing an order (placed on May 24th) with only one email promising to "look into it" when they never did, and no further emails were replied to.Wow. So professional.

These people are Great to work with. When I had a challenge with my order they hoped right on fixing it. Recommended!!!!
