I must say that of all the year's I've been banking, Wells Fargo takes the best care of me, hands down. However, I find it a bit suspect that they’ll increase my credit card limit but won’t give me a personal loan, even though I have exemplary credit and have been with them for a good while. That rubs me the wrong way so, I’ve given them 4 stars. Should very well be 3 because of that but the fourth star is for the employees - they are always nice. I’m coming through this year once again, WF. I’m an excellent customer. Hook a sister up! I’m trying to do some great things, out here! :)(I will edit this post with an update people so, be on the lookout. This review will either take one star up or three stars back, leaving one, like I said, for the employees because they truly are always nice.12/2024They finally gave me a loan. Thnx, WF. The stars are going to stay the same because I had to wait so long.

Wells Fargo has to be one of the worst unprofessional banks in America. I closed my 4 business accounts and moved to chase. I made a mistake by leaving my personal account open and when my wallet was stolen, they were the only bank that declined to refund the charged amounts. All other banks returned the money instantly. I was a client for 25 years

This lot has NEVER been completely full.Nonetheless they have been towing cars from there to a remote location (many mile away) during closed hours.This has disrupted local small businesses, especially "The Lido".Is this Your idea of fostering harmony in the community.Rest assured, I WILL NOT be doing business with Your bank!!!

I am dissapointed that after years of banking here and after even more years of dining at my favorite restaurant Lido which is located accross the street, I almost had my car towed at 8pm on Tuesday night. For years the bank never expressed any concerns and I have been dining at Lido for almost 30 years. Everytime I would park in the lot. Always after banking hours as I normally have dinner at 7. As an account holder I dont believe the bank would have tow trucks show up. This bank is supposed to be a member of the community and poses as a small business supporter. It was even more ridiculous to learn that the business I was dining with banks with Wells Fargo. The idea of having a vacant lot and with no warning after all these years, going straight to contacting a tow service rather then call the restaurant and request everyone moves is absurd. This is a terrible example of corporate greed and complete disregard for your own neighbors. The branch should be embarrased. I will continue to support Lido, I cant say if I will remain with this bank.

Rhonda Matthew is the reason for this 1 star review. She makes me dread going to this Wells Fargo location.She is an Incompetent employee who does not know how to do her job.No knowledge whatsoever of what she is doing, I normally have to go to another branch for deposit/ withdrawals.

My husband & I recently had a horrible experience with the bankers, Rhonda Matthew & the hispanic banker. I had an appointment at 10:00am. At 10:0am they both decided to walk to the back and take their sweet time doing whatever it was. It was now 10:15 am still no assistance. I asked what’s going on they then told me they are taking a water break. EXCUSE ME! You just opened. This place is terrible in customer service. I have been in other locations and never experienced such behavior. These bankers do no deserve this position. Retraining must be held immediately! They are very rude

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at West Fargo recently. Waiting 45 minutes just for a simple update with my baby unacceptable. This kind of service is a deal-breaker for me. I've decided to close my bank account with them and find a bank that truly values its customers.

Worst customer service in this branch. Branch website informs that you do not require to schedule an appointment to see a banker. It seems they take their lunch all the same time; so unfortunately if you work in any type of industry and try to run errands during your lunch time, here you won’t be able to accomplish much since they can’t accommodate their customers. The manager Regina Moore, was not much a leader, as she was not sensitive to the circumstance. She was laughing with a colleague unfortunately to eye sight making in seem as they were in a casual conversation when as costumer your feeling frustrated to get help. I understand we all need a break and lunch but shall be run in a different way being mindful to accommodate costumers during those hours in particular or clarifying the need of appointments.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2015 and would like to express my sincere thanks to the Fairmount Branch at Hackensack, New Jersey. Especially to Mr. Anthony Franco who has been extremely supportive, always punctual and friendly all the time since 2015. He is one of those bankers who will put on table all the available options and help you choose the best one. Thank you very much for provided service.
