“I had a very bad experience at the Western Union office. Yesterday, I arrived at 3:00 PM, and the girl told me it was closed and to return at 9:00 AM the next day. I came back today at 9:00 AM, and the same person said it was closed again. This is unacceptable service and very frustrating.”

I asked a simple question of the guy at the western union desk at the front and lazily lied to me about services. He was jist hanging there looking miserable and instead of just helping me, he lied sonthat he didn't have to do any work. Not a place I'd want to shop at.

Online said open until 8 pm but I walk in at 7:25 pm and one of the cashiers told me they are closed. Driving over here and finding out they are closed honestly is not fun. Also, they have a sign that saysNO CASH BACK.So dont waste your time comong here to used Western Union.

They didn't have the money I needed today but the lady gave me their number to call and inquiry for another time. Very helpful.
