Produce has bar code but check outs won't register. Must press 3 buttons at end of scanning to be able to pay with credit card when all other stores just allow you to input card to complete transaction. FIRE ALL YOUR PROGRAMMERS!

1 of my favorite supermarkets friendly and polite staff. They alway answer any questions that I have. They also have an international isle . Very good customer service . Great selection of fresh items. I would highly recommend . Seasonal items are always in stock.

I was having issues with my debit card and I asked the cashier to let the person behind me go. I called the bank and resolved the issue. I told the cashier that I was going to back in line and started pushing the cart to the nearest area where I can turn, but this store never has any registers open and they are always chained off. she started chasing me and screaming that you cannot leave the store with the groceries. I once again explained her that I was just trying to get back in line, but since all the registers are closed and chained I have to go to end of the store. Once that I was back in her line, I emptied the bags in front of her and she demanded to check the bags to make sure that I do not leave anything in the bag. Agin my cad gave another issue and then accused of using a stolen card. I was not using a stolen card and I have more than enough money for a $62.00 grocery bill. I confronted her accusing me of calling me a common thief and she denied it. I spoke to the manger and he was just as useless as her. I was a very goo customer and I will never shop there ever again. I ended up ordering from shop rite online and the card worked. The ironic part is that I have never stolen a thing in my my life and have worked for everything that own.

Front end manager Yvette Veloz lacks any customer service skills. Clearly needs retraining as a managerial representative of store shows poor taste in people they choose to run front end. She is rude and talks down to customers. Should do her job without a chip on her shoulder. She should know if item is marked incorrectly that customer should get at advertised price. If stockers or service people of store made a mistake do not take it out on customer bringing it to your attention . Customers are the people who shop to buy items keeping store in business. Being nasty to customers does not promote good continued business to store.

This is not the most convenient location for me, but it beats the ShopRite that is closer to my home. I will return, it's worth the extra 10 minutes. I found the selection and variety of products excellent and the produce extremely fresh. The shelves were well stocked. Their premium paper towels are as good as name brands, by the way. The cashier was friendly and another employee came to help with the bagging (not my experience at ShopRite) so that was helpful. The only reason not to give 5 stars is that they didn't have sanitizer at the exit as most stores do. I think they should.

I usually only shop here when I have to pick up prescriptions which I did this morning. This store is price gouging. They are charging $5.79 for a case of Poland Spring water when the most it usually is $3.99. Also they are charging $7.39 for a 12 pack of coca cola or Pepsi when the usual price is $4.99. I also was charged twice for a package of paper plates and I was refused my money back when I only purchased one. Now they decide to rearrange the store but not enough employees to help you find anything. This store should be closed.

I always shop here but will avoid during the health crisis... the store is understocked and overcrowded. Too many people in there at the same time.

Still BEYOND skeeved out about the completely moldy waffles I opened for my kids yesterday. I don't even understand how this could have happened. In order to grow mold, these would have needed to be defrosted for a lengthy period of time before being returned to the freezer to achieve FROZEN mold status. They stunk so bad that I feel like the smell is still stuck in my nose. I can't stop picturing everything on their shelves just rotting away. Thanks, but no thanks. I won't be back.

When I first moved to Jersey , Hackensack from the Bronx I would shop here and at the PathMart because they where opposite each other and was so easy to get the weekly specials at each one. I moved away a long time ago but I still once in awhile still come here. It's a good market, fresh produce and bakery. Boar's Head at the deli and plenty of parking. Plus the entrance to route 17 is right there.

Decent grocery store, it is on my way home from the gym, so it is convenient for me. They have a little better than avg produce section, good weekly deals, and I like their self checkout that seems more updated that some other stores. I feel like the store is a bit unorganized though, and some items seem like they are in the wrong aisles. Either way it is normally a pretty quick in and out for me here, and it never gets that crazy packed.
