Leah really saved me tonight! I had gotten my nails done somewhere else an hour before they were closing and they looked really terrible. I called up the salon, and Leah offered to take me 30 minutes before closing and completely transformed my nails. She was wonderful! Amazing filing did exactly what I wanted and they look excellent. Highly recommend.

This is a review of the company not this particular store. Did on line order charged my credit card $640 only to find out the item was out of stock. They have their display counted as on hand so call before ordering. Luckily I did before traveling 60 miles only to find out I was charged and they didn’t have it.Same with all they’re other stores in the area

Shout out to Charlie, who was enthusiastic, helpful, and a delight to be assisted by! I came in for a Dutch oven and he showed me to exactly what I needed. Wish I had more reasons to stop here just to say hi to him and the rest of the friendly crew.

Store closes at 7pm, I got there at 7:02 to pick up a small $9 product. They have every right to not give me any service, but they were rude, ignored me and eventually told me to go away and there is no fricking chance they will help me. Pretty disappointing. It was all due to an innocent mistake that I didn’t notice you can’t ship it and I need to come for a pickup…

Poor selection, though I understand it’s hard to stock everything in such a small store. Many items were packed together tightly and were hard to look at, especially in the back by the dishes and serving platters. Those items also didn’t have prices.
I felt like they treated me a little rudely and kept staring as if they thought I was going to steal or break something. They suddenly treated me completely different after seeing I was going to be spending a few hundred dollars there. Maybe it’s because I was dressed down and had a mask on, but they really shouldn’t make assumptions based on that.
I also noticed some of the items were damaged. For example, there was a number of cutting boards that clearly had water damage. I purchased a “leak proof” springform pan (the only springform pan they offered) and butter leaked through after the first use. As a professionally trained chef, I think their products are really poor quality for what they are charging and I’d recommend shopping online or elsewhere.

Stopped by Williams Sonoma today, and wow, their customer service is on another level! Right as I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and friendly vibes. Which is always the case. Hence why I keep going back.
The staff was not only super helpful but had this incredible, playful energy—making me feel like part of the family. Especially with my Libra buddy. Bacchas and Bessie helped with my return, answered my questions, helped me find my key rewards, gave solid bbq seasoning recommendations, and even threw in some fun banter along the way. Shopping there was a total delight, thanks to their amazing personalities and genuine care. See y’all next time!

some quality stuff and small, yet varying selection. came here to shop with my husband and we watched as everyone got asked to receive help but us.. like they looked at us, turned around and would ask the person the opposite side. not sure what to take of that. all we got was an associate coldly asking if the item we were holding in our hands to purchase, was a return. no greeting, nothing. very awkward experience. we’d get better customer care at a nordstrom’s at the neighboring mall.
