Not only the product was great and I ended up paying less than I would’ve paid online, MICHAEL and BRANDON provided an above and beyond service, were very friendly and knowledgeable! They even gave me a cool JCrew garment bag for my new coat! Small but very impressive touch! As an added bonus, I found out that NJ doesn’t charge a sale tax on clothes. Bravo JCrew Hackensack! “This store has so many types of clothes, but for women only. There are styles for both summer and winter seasons. There are beachwear clothes as well. Most of these items are relatively less expensive. A lot of them were also on sale, for prices between $3 to $8. The store was also running promo of up to 50% discount.
The store is somewhat congested as the racks and shelves are within close proximity to each other. There were a lot of customers in the store. Several associates were busy keeping things tidy and helping out customers.”

“Love Banana. I just don't understand why they keep changing the line. They use to make clothing that would compliment you at any age. I had a difficult time finding pieces for me to ouu and ahh about. I remember going to BR in the past and finding pieces that I knew were must haves. Not so much on this day. They actually changed the way they make clothing. It's not as trendy anymore. Something about it is a little off. I would only recommend their suits, dresses, and accessories. Especially their accessories.”
