“If there could a perfect shopping experience, it just happened at this JCrew! I came here to try on a men’s peacoat they have on sale online. Not only the product was great and I ended up paying less than I would’ve paid online, MICHAEL and BRANDON provided an above and beyond service, were very friendly and knowledgeable! They even gave me a cool JCrew garment bag for my new coat! Small but very impressive touch! As an added bonus, I found out that NJ doesn’t charge a sale tax on clothes. Bravo JCrew Hackensack! Standing ovations for MICHAEL and BRANDON! Never had such a great experience in any of NYC stores.”

“This place exist. There's an actual store in NJ. I went recently for a pickup. The item I ordered was cut tight and not in stock in a size up option. The item was a Final Sale non-refundable. I didn't have to argue with the attendant at the counter. When she noticed the item was too small she immediately facilitated a refund. I ordered the next size up online and it will arrive today. I'll definitely be ordering more items in the near future. I'll send a photo of the merchandise when it arrives.”

“Love Banana. I just don't understand why they keep changing the line. They use to make clothing that would compliment you at any age. I had a difficult time finding pieces for me to ouu and ahh about. I remember going to BR in the past and finding pieces that I knew were must haves. Not so much on this day. They actually changed the way they make clothing. It's not as trendy anymore. Something about it is a little off. I would only recommend their suits, dresses, and accessories. Especially their accessories.”
