Today was my son's first pool lesson at the YMCA program. And it was absolutely awful. We went there half an hour early because it was the first lesson. I couldn't find anyone in charge. When it was time for the lesson, I got up to look for the locker rooms and someone helped me. When I got my son dressed and took him to the lesson, they told me his name wasn't on the list and that the lesson was canceled. No one called me. It's so sad that I went in this cold and they didn't reach me. I don't even know if they'll do a make-up lesson.

My daughter had an enriching experience where she got to try new activities and foods, take part in sing-alongs, and make new friends. The counselors were terrific!

Initially, I was nervous about my son going on the bus and participating in the activities not close enough to me in proximity. However, the director and staff are big on safety. My son is having such a great experience at this camp. He loves it. I’m happy when he’s happy.

First time in this program, definitely recommend 100% I’m in love with everything and my daughter is extremely excited every morning to go to camp

I signed up my child for camp in this facility. I had previously enrolled my child in other YMCA locations and had a nice experience. In this location they did not have the children engaged in the activities and were not paying attention to them. We paid a lot of money for the camp but it did not meet our expectations. If you are looking forward to having your child have a good time during camp do not enroll them at this location. They reached out to the parents and said that out of 20 kids, there was a group of 10 kids who not engaged or paying attention. I believe if 50% of the children are not engaged, they need to change the activities to make them more interesting to the children.

Covid has changed thing so much. I wish the younger kids had more access. Still love the ymca.
