As a new member, I appreciate the friendly and welcoming attitude of Brian the owner. There are a ton of machines spread throughout the two floors. Definitely something for everyone. All the numbers I've run into have been quite friendly. The facility always seems clean and well maintained.

Full Service Health Club and home of the Original Iron Basement! Fully updated and renovated two-floor facility just seconds from the gate of Panther Valley. All new, state of the art equipment including many unique pieces. Weight machines, plate loaded machines, largest free weight section in the area with a full room dedicated to leg equipment, cardio room. Group fitness classes are conducted out of two classrooms. Also have onsite massage.
We are fully dedicated to fitness for everybody -- all ages and levels!
