I messed up my screen protector and was in need of a new one and Kyle smith and the other representatives there helped me pick out a new one and even put it on for me, I was in and out in 5 Minutes, excellent customer service thanks Kyle.

I went to buy a new iPhone today and I am so glad I went to the AT&T store in Hackettstown. Drew, the young man who runs this store, deserves a promotion or at the very least a raise. He knows his stuff but more important than that he is extremely personable. When I told him I am not very tech savvy he said no problem and he handled everything. As long as Drew is running this store its the only one I will go to. Thanks for all your help my friend.

Let me start by saying I almost never write reviews and I am not gaining anything from writing this one. Drew is amazing and can help you and 10 others all with a smile on his face. For him to have as many people as we saw today and both acknowledge and assist everyone is nothing short of a miracle on a Monday morning! You need a new phone? Drew has you. You want to switch the whole family over? Drew can do that too. You just need someone to talk to? I bet he will help you with that as well. AT&T if you seriously pay attention to these please do what you can to support this guy. My name is Greg and I support Drew for AT&T CEO!Lastly I never met this gentleman before today so if you're reading this thinking I'm just hyping up a friend you guessed wrong. I'm just letting the world know about a cool guy who will make time at the phone store painless.

The store is spacious and has a good variety of accessories for your phone so u can walk out ready to go. Drew, the manager, is very capable. Smart, patient and caring. I came in with an issue with my purchase and Drew was very understanding. He stayed late to make sure all my information was transferred to a new phone and that everything was set up as it should be. I would recommend this store and Drew. Even when he needs to multitask across numerous customers, he keeps it all together and gets it done.

Came in first thing this morning because I was having issues with my iPhone & needed a new sim card. Drew helped me out and made the fix in no time! He was so patient and kind, and made what typically can be a stressful experience with tech stress-free. I appreciate all of his help & I’m glad this is my AT&T store!

I have never met a more deserving employee! Drew was kind, knowledgeable and beyond patient! He answered all internet/phone questions and never rushed us. He deserves a raise!

Drew the NEW manager has falsely lead my husband into a false agreement and warranty. We upgraded his phone and bought new headphones (AirPods) we spent over $250 he told us we were covered by insurance if they were lost stolen or broke, only to find out when something happened to them that he did in fact not sign us up for the warranty and he never said these things…. Three people present when he told us that “we should definitely make the purchase it’s worth it and if anything happens you’re covered” but he apperently has memory loss and says he doesn’t remember that, and he refuses to do anything about it. He just started this position and clearly needs to be fired this was insane and I’ve NEVER had such a terrible experience with AT&T. We’re sending demand letters to the store and corporate and then will be taking legal action. Do not go here and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DREW! He doesn’t know what he’s doing and you’ll be screwed.

I was in the store last night to purchase a new phone. I was helped by Ben and Cosette. They both were amazing. I would also like to share that when I was there a very rude woman who was making quite the scene. Ben explained the store policy over and over to her, but she kept demanding that she was right. Even my 16 year old son commented to me about how rude the woman was being. Ben handled himself very professionally and tried to rectify the situation. I have to say I was very impressed about he way he handled himself.
