Had a tech do my serpentine belt (emergency repair. Couldn't make it home.)Anyway. They said i needed a clutch and it would cost $3000.I put 4000 miles on the clutch since but decided to pull it anyway. The pictures show how much material was left on the old clutch.Saved 2700 buying my own parts and doing this. Thankfully I'm a mechanic.Always get a second opinion. I understand wanting to make money. But this is ridiculous

Such a great experience working with Tom and Kevin! They were both very low pressure which we appreciated. Also super informative and very quick with the sale paperwork. We were in and out in about 2 hours which was amazing! Thanks so much!

I had some time to kill & stopped in to Motion Chevrolet to see what was on the lot. Walking into the dealership, I was greeted by Tom Madsen & he did not treat me like a potential sale. He was honest, very personable, didn't feed me a single "salesman line". He asked me a few questions, even asked my favorite color and within 10 min we were test driving a Silverado. He was very knowledgeable & knew everything the vehicle had to offer. I spent all of 45 min at Motion and left the dealership with a monthly payment on paper. I wasn't pressured into making the sale right now. Only after we decided to pull the trigger and complete the sale - that is when Tom really went above and beyond; everything was handled over text messaging: a lot of the paperwork, license & insurance. He even called the insurance company and got all that squared away. When it was time to pick up the truck, we were in the dealership for 30 min; the whole place ran lock-step. Without a doubt, check out Motion Chevrolet and ask for Tom Madsen.

Robert Ballenberg aka Baseball Bob really made this whole expirence great. He was informative warm welcoming just a wonderful personality. I have delt with other sales people at dealerships who just make you feel like a transaction , Bob made us feel like home and we felt confident in our decision. Bob will definitely be my go to person in the future.

With this dealership, I'm both unhappy and satisfied. After selling me a 2023 suburban z71, the salesperson refused to listen to me when I said I wanted New York license plates. He told me it was cheaper to have New Jersey license plates at first, and later you could switch to New York, but it hard to do so.

Thank you to Motion Chevrolet and especially to Dan Griffin who made a place on his schedule for my 2023 Suburban that had and issue when I was driving from Maryland to Quebec. I have called 6 dealers that where closer from my position and Motion Chevrolet was the first who wants to help me. I called on a Thursday afternoon and I had an appointment on Friday morning. Thanks to the whole team so we could finish our vacations on a good note and drive safely to home! I would definitely recommend Motion Chevrolet for their service!

I went in for an oil change. About 40 mins in the advisor comes out with my cabin filter and says it should be changed. Didn’t quote me a price and I’ve had it done twice before at Valvoline never paid more than $175 for oil change and cabin filter change didn’t think much of it. Come to the end about 90 mins later and I owe almost $400. I had points which took off $96 but I still paid $293 out of pocket for an oil change and cabin filter change! I look at the paper and just in labor it was almost $300!? For less than 90 mins of labor? For an oil change and cabin filter?? That’s absurd. This has never happened to me at the other Chevy dealer I used either.Oh and because of the cabin filter change, my glove box won’t stay closed now. Definitely not a quality job for the price. I haven’t had a chance to bring it back to have the glove box fixed but I definitely won’t be taking it back there.

I took my truck in for its routine oil change. They had me in and out in no time. They were very courteous and the waiting area was very clean.

My salesman, Tom Madsen, was very knowledgeable with all of my questions and was great to work with. I wasn't anticipating purchasing a vehicle that day, only looking, but I ended up leaving the dealership with a brand new beautiful vehicle right off the showroom floor. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and send them to Tom. I'm a very picky and stubborn person, but Tom made me feel at ease and was great to work with.

I loved it, everything went super smooth. Tom helped me and he was amazing. I came on a Saturday and they had food catered to the dealer which just made the whole experience more special. They helped me set up my new car. Im just so happy with the whole interaction. Thank you!

Tom was so helpful and engaging. I only came for a test drive and to check it out, but Tom made me feel confident in my decision of a trade in! I have never been so happy and so satisfied with the way I was treated as a real adult.

My life long experiences with car salesmen and service centers has been negative. However, I can say that, at Motion, my experience has been the opposite. Tom Madsen in sales shoots straight from the hip with a no-pressure, informative approach to customer service. Notice I said customer service and not sales pitch. He doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. He actually doesn't try to sell you at all. He takes inventory of your needs and wants and presents options to you it in a non-threatening way. Got questions? Tom always responds in less than 24hours. Because of this, we bought not one, but 2 cars from Tom.If Tom is the epitome of any car sales representative, then Dan Griffin, in service, is his counterpart. Dan takes the time to answer all questions and explain all situations. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty in his service. Fairness is his middle name and without even asking, applied an appropriate discount to a particular service situation I had. Trust is a key word for me with any service center: trust in the product, the work, the price and what is actually needed. They have earned my trust.A ship is nothing without the captain. Bob Lizanich, General Manager runs a tight ship while Rob Gambale is the General Sales Manager. You will be served the obligatory "Buy the Warranty" option - a sales pitch I don't think anybody buying a car could ever escape. However, there is no pressure to buy after that option has been presented.Bottom line: With the team at Motion Chevrolet, there is no reason to go anywhere else!NOTE: I am not an employee or related to anybody at Motion. I'm just a very satisfied customer.

I came in on April 29, 2023, with one of my tires leaking air. I explained that I had purchased a contract when I purchased my vehicle that would cover the cost of any repair to my tire. I had come to this dealership before for this same reason, two years ago, and they replaced my tire without a problem. This time, I got the impression that they did not want to help me or accept the contract. I wouldn't have minded since the contract was several years old and purchased from another dealership. But, they told me they would do the work regardless and tried to convince me to get work done on my car that I did not need. Instead of turning me away or not accepting the contract, they accepted the contract. I waited at the dealership for just over an hour while they worked on my car. During my wait, I was working in the service waiting room and I saw the mechanic with my car keys talking to the man behind the service desk and they were giving me weird looks. I ignored this and assumed that they were just frustrated that I was not going to be paying for my service and the contract company was paying instead (which I am assuming is less money than I would have to pay them). When my car was finished, I was handed my keys and told that my one tire did have a leak and was "fixed" and then the man condescendingly explained how tire pressure fluctuates with the temperature outside so I really shouldn't worry if my car tire pressure changes. I was not told what was done to "fix" my tire, but I was handed my keys and got the impression that they wanted me to leave. When I went outside to my car, my girl scout cookies that I had left in the front were eaten!!! I know that the dealership is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but eating my cookies was seriously unnecessary. I know this review is already long, but the WORST is yet to come.THE VERY NEXT MORNING THE TIRE THAT THEY "FIXED" WAS FLAT AND I HAD TO CALL AAA TO COME AND CHANGE MY TIRE. I THEN WENT TO A DIFFERENT CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP TO GET MY TIRE REPLACED. The tire was "fixed" less than 12 hours prior. When AAA came, I looked at the tire. They told the contract company that they internally patched the tire, but they did not. They put a plug into it and the plug was NEXT TO the hole NOT in the hole. I have pictures and videos of the tire. The guy who took my tire off said "This is the worst plug job that I have ever seen. They put a second hole in your tire instead of fixing the first".This led to me needing to leave work early to get my tire fixed and spending more time and money on this situation than would have been necessary if they had just actually fixed my tire or replaced it to begin with. SO. Needless to say, I will never go back to this dealership. And I highly suggest that you don't either.
