“We have been long time customers of Hackettstown Flooring. We purchased carpeting for our first house from Hackettstown Carpet 40 years ago. Gloria and Frank were great to work with so, forty years and two houses later, we are still loyal customers. Within the past two years we have been replacing the flooring that was installed 25 years ago when we first moved in to our current house. The new owners of Hackettstown Flooring, Beth, John and Tracy, continue to uphold the highest standards set by Gloria and Frank. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very price competitive. Installation was completed by John in a timely manner with care and attention to detail. The installation area was left clean and ready for use. We are very happy to recommend Hackettstown Flooring and wish them much continued success.”

“We've been buying products from Northwest for many years. The prices are great but as contractor I am very comfortable to send my clients into the showroom and be able to ask the professionally knowledged staff that know the building industry inside and out any questions they might have of they're products that I am proposing for the project. This I believe makes the customer feel confident that the contractor is offering the quality of material at a distributor pricing and comfortable at this point to award the project!!!”
