My experience at this branch was great thanks to Jovanka K. Estevez. She is the Lead Teller and is very professional, courteous and efficient. She is very knowledgable and helped me satisfactorily. Outstanding customer service.

Every time I need to use this branch there is a problem. The employees are not well train to provide a great customer service. When I use other Chase branches I have not problem at all. It’s only hackettstown branch.Unfortunately I’m not going to use this branch anymore. Not worth the stress.Please train your employees the right way

This bank is on some type of Tyranny level , if you are not a CUSTOMER of theirs and you trying to cash a check that has their name on it they give you a hard time Would not open an account with this bank if I can help it

The people who work behind the counter are incredibly, incredibly rude. God forbid if you show up 15 minutes late to an appointment with "the banker," they'll try to shoo you out the door after a lecture like you'd get in homeroom. There are help wanted signs all over the door, signs at the counter that warn you that they don't have enough coins, so I guess it's OK for them to ask the customer to be patient and understanding but not the other way around. Maybe if they were better staffed you wouldn't need an appointment? Not to mention the fact that none of the three people behind the counter can actually do anything besides deposits, withdrawals, and open accounts....and they stand there chatting all day while you wait. You need "the banker" to do literally anything else. She was extremely nice and helpful once we got to that step, but unfortunately this is still a 1-star review to hopefully help others find a better option. Went to TD right after and were helped kindly and immediately with no appointment. You choose what kind of experience you want.

I can't "star rate" this branch since I haven't been inside it in about 15 years. This sounds like the complete opposite of the Chase Branch in Phillipsburg/Alpha. I did live in Long Valley and banked here over 35 years.(saw the location go from one bank name to the next. I think 5 changes in all) Moved to PA, but left the account in Hackettstown. When I occasionally need in-person help I drive over the border to P-burg. The bankers are phenomenal! I know you should not have to travel, but rather than closing your account, try the P-burg branch.

Walked in to get a document notarized where there were three representatives and no customers and as refused notary services by the lead teller because they had no time. Went to TD where you don’t need an account and the documents were notarized in 5 minutes. Very disappointed in Chase customer service at this location

Unfortunately the Branch and Chase bank are old fashioned and do not care about the customer from the comments. From late introduction of features I've had from my banks locally and overseas. This is old fashioned poor service from the bank on the hill. Detached from their customers. I've not heard or experienced anything to the contrary. Other had TD Bank down the road is all about the customers.
