I was stolen, they sold me a 2010 Subaru Legacy and when I got home the transmission was damaged and they couldn't get any paperwork done for it at all. I would like to file a complaint if the same thing as me has happened to someone with these people, let's help.

I purchased a used 2009 Mazda 6. Initially advertised as "97000 miles with no problems and safe to drive" but actually had 145k on the odometer and will not pass inspection due to many safety issues. Ace (Aisof), the person who sold me the car, cleared the sensors on the car before selling it to me. Only after taking it home did the sensors come back on for air bag and check engine lights. After mentioning these problems he completely ghosted me. There were plenty of other things that were wrong with the car that he tried to hide as well, such as water in the trunk underneath a hidden cover, and broken emergency break. The point is, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They aren't even a licensed used car dealership and their business is not even listed on the BBB. Very unprofessional, borderline scammers. BEWARE!P.S. They tried to feign innocence by saying they bought and sold the car as is and didn't drive it more than 50 miles, so any problems with the car we're not their doing and not to their knowledge. But that was ANOTHER LIE! On the title, they bought the car at around 145k miles and sold it to me at 147k (2k mile difference). There's a whole list of inconsistencies and lies. It's truly sad business practice, preying and taking advantage of new car owners. I tried to return the car but obviously they refused because they are scammers and liars! Now I have to get my lawyer involved. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

I was a victim of deception by one of the sellers, his name is AISAR, this person published a car on Facebook and told me that the car only needed to change the alternator, which did not have any other problem. After my mechanic saw the car, he could see that The engine is useless and must be changed. It was a scam and even more so because of the documents that he made me sign, making me believe that it was something else. Never buy from these people, they are scammers.

We bought a car from this company and we got less than 10 miles away and the engine blew. We have now spent more than 3 weeks trying to contact them to make this right and they have been completely ignoring our calls so now we have to get a lawyer and pay more out of pocket. Terrible customer service.

Recently bought a Honda Accord 2009. Have to say Moe was very courteous and got a good condition car for the price. He provided a good deal for a nice decent car and what we were looking for. I would definietly recommend this place to freinds and family and would come here if I have to buy a used car again.

This was the easiest, most positive experience I’ve had purchasing any vehicle. I’m a 28 year old female that’s traveled a lot so let’s just say I’ve been through several cars. All the way through to the final paperwork I felt safe respected and truly appreciated with my new Mazda and I’m so excited for my future with this car and I couldn’t of had a more professional yet down to earth experience all together! Just recently bought my first car from Clifton Auto Group. It's a 2010 Ford Focus. Bash had the car detailed and very presentable the same day that I reached out to him. The car itself is very clean and runs great. I love that there are no extra fees or doc/dealer fees. He even went above and beyond and got me an extension on my temp tag because I couldn't get to the DMV before the original one expired. Overall, the purchase was very straight forward and it was a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend Clifton Auto Group to anybody looking for a reliable and clean pre-owned car.
