They did a wonderful job fixing my Mercedes after I was rear ended . The customer service is great thanks to Anna who is very friendly . Drew also is very helpful . After they finished the job I did not like something so I went back to them asking for some adjustment . Drew scheduled an appointment and it took less than 10 minutes to resolve the issue . I strongly recommend them .

From the 1st call to my last visit. Unfortunately my car is a total loss. I was able to observe there shop and cant imagine having so many crashes in their lot. Quick appointment with office manager and straight to a work order with body mechanic. They immediately followed up with Progressive with the evaluation. I also asked a customer waiting and she also had wonderful things to say about her service.

My entire experience with C&L was excellent! The woman at the desk is so friendly and nice and the mechanics were as well. My car looks amazing after having significant damage to the front, it looks brand new again!! I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone!!! Quick turnaround as well !! Excellent service and work!!

I rarely give reviews, but my experience with C&L Autobody was so great it warrants one. I was referred to them to have work done on both the front and back of my vehicle. It wasn't anything major, but I had put off getting my car fixed due to a bad experience with another autobody shop in the past. C&L is awesome though. They were upfront about what needed to be done, gave me options to determine what would fit my budget, proactively communicated about the timeline, and most importantly had it done quickly. I had my car back in less than 2 weeks and it looks brand new. If I ever need work done in the future, they will be my first choice.

Service is absolutely appalling. My car was in better shape after I was rear-ended and before I brought it to them. Charlie, the president, has acknowledged the work done as unacceptable, but refuses to issue a refund. The entire situation is sickening. Do not take your car here if you want it fixed correctly. Do not take your car here if you want to deal with a company with integrity. Just don't take your car anywhere near these people.

I brought my car in for a front bumper repair, the service was excellent and more. I received amazing communication from the team with updates on the progress of the repair which did not take long at all. On top of all that, the car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off!
The staff is also lovely and made the experience that much better :)
I hope I won't have to bring my car for repairs anytime soon, but if I do it'll be at C&L.

I chose to use C&L to repair my truck after I’ve been in an accident. I used my insurance (geico) and C&L took care of all the reports and pictures by sending it to geico. They excelled and perfected all the work needed to be done, you can’t even tell my truck has been in an accident.

I went here because they worked with my insurance. Drop-off was easy. Staff was professional and very nice. Turn around time was pretty quick. The repair was done perfectly. Only hiccup was that when I got home I realized a mistake was made on their end. They owned up to it, and all was corrected. Honestly seems rare nowadays so I appreciate that more than anything.

Job was done at the end so not giving one star.
That said when I called and spoke with the team they told me it will take a week. I didn't hear from them for almost two weeks to find out they haven't even started because they didn't have a free Lift. I told them that I am surprised about the lack of communication with me and if I would have known that there is no Lift available, I would have kept the car those two weeks. Once a Lift was available it still took another week and some. Lastly the front part, that is part of the bumper was installed in a wrong color and they told me that it is the same color but needs wear. The original part is purple and the part they installed is black. Definitely not a wear over time discoloration. I asked why they did not replace the entire part if they were able to see that it is a different color and they said the part that is not broken would have not been covered by insurance. And while I agree with that , I asked them why they could not call me and leave that up to me to decide if I would have paid the difference out of pocket to have everything in the same color.
I brought it up when I picked up the car and they never followed up with me.
All in all, no communication with me and job not done to costumer satisfaction.
Lastly I did have a new scratch in the back of the car but can't point out for certain that it was done while the car was with them for 3 weeks for a bumper fix.

C&L did an amazing job repairing my car after I was hit from behind at a traffic light. They were super friendly and kept me updated throughout the whole process and even the handling of the insurance ( other persons insurance paid ) was great. Can’t say enough great things about them . Def rated 5 Stars .

Someone backed into my car and said I backed into him. At first I thought I was going to have to pay for my repairs. My insurance company told me to go to C&L. When I got my car back it looked absolutely beautiful. They even made my dashboard look like it's brand new. I am absolutely delighted. The other driver's insurance ended up paying for it. His insurance adjuster was not allowed to recommend anyone. But when I told him I already got an estimate from C&L he said, they're really good. So I did not have to go get estimates from anyone else.
