As a first timer at this salon, I had such a wonderful experience with Donna. She is incredibly experienced and very friendly. She made me feel at such ease, and gave me such a beautiful haircut.

My son came in to have his haircut today by the owner Jerry. I am utterly appalled and shocked at what he did to my son’s full head of hair. It looks like someone off the street cut his hair. We showed him a photo of a very simple haircut and he agreed and said he knew what he was doing and proceeded so my husband went off and he returned saw the disastrous cut he gave. This guy should not be in business or employ real stylists if he wants to operate ! I actually want a full refund and will NEVER go to them again. Outrageous - just look at the photos - no blending poor lines ! I cannot be more outraged !! See photos of what he did versus what we wanted I the last photo! We only asked for him to make the cut slightly shorter ! He called me full of excuses saying my husband was there and not me. But we cut my son’s hair this way all the time ! He should not cut hair he can’t handle and should tell clients when he is out of his depth !

Alyssa was fabulous. First time going here & she made it seem like she knew me forever. Comfortable, clean, friendly. Plus my 4 year old was with me & they were great to him. & thats big time important to me!

Always enjoy visiting Creative Twist Salon. From the moment one opens the door, the warm atmosphere of the salon and the friendliness of staff is felt. I have been utilizing the services of this salon for years and never been disappointed! Jerry does fantastic coloring, cuts and styling with my hair. He offers me many useful suggestions in working with my hair in between appointments and suggests the best products for use. in my opinion, definitely a 5 star rting is in order.

Just had another pleasant hair experience with Jerry. I was welcomed into his lovely salon and offered some refreshments. Jerry proceeded to color, cut and style my hair. Fantastic results as always!Jerry always gives me great advice on how to care for my fine hair. I am so thankful for all the advice. Highly recommend this salon!

I've been going to different hair salon for years, but they recently closed, and I am happy that I found Creative Twist! For me, not just the professionalism matters but the atmosphere of the place too. I love how warm and nice it feels here. Donna does a wonderful job coloring and cutting my hair. I also like the fact that she is conscious of client's budget and doesn't try to push expensive service or product but offers something good but less expensive instead. Nice music and a great variety of coffee and snacks are definitely a plus!

This is for the two lady hairdressers who are certainly NOT good with deaf customer. I came in prepared with a photo and what I wanted. I was rushed out after having my hair colored. No highlights or haircut. I did not get the warm welcome vibes or whatsoever from the person who did my hair and the lady who came after I said I was not happy with my hair. She took my phone, glanced at my hair and the photo from my phone, looked at my hairdresser and muttered to the point I could not lip read her. She looked at me and just said, "it's 185".
185 for the service.
Not only that, I had left my black coat in their coat room. I came back to pick it up, it's not there. Inside that right coat pocket was my great grandmother's brooch that I've had for years. It's a cheap and ugly brooch from Avon.. My grandmother loved it. I don't have anything of hers now.
