I’ve been going to this place for awhile and every time they don’t disappoint me. This time they hurt me. I had my acrylic tips before and since they chipped the guy had to change them. Instead of soaking them off he removed it with another nail tip and my natural nail ripped off as well. He kept on saying “sorry sweetie” and he put powder in my nail. I was abt to cry bc of the pain and I told him it hurt. He apologized again and then dusted off my nails. I didn’t know what to do so I let him continue even though it hurt. He then sanded down the remaining of my nail. He then put the nail glue and tip on my hurt finger. In the end he said “see it doesn’t hurt that much now” and in my mind I was thinking it still hurts. I loved this place because they were really good at nail designs but I think that might’ve been the last time I went.
EDIT - so my nail eventually did grow back healthy. I’ve decided to let my nails have a break. I still think that place is nice to go to get your nails done.

Was told I’d be seen in 30 minutes. Waited for over an hour - owner does not value people’s time. He kept telling me “2 minutes, 2 minutes” and then just proceeded to yell at the workers. This is my very first experience here. I do not recommend

If I could give 0 starts I would. HORRIBLE I mean horrible. I walked in to get my acrylic removed and right of the bat he took an acrylic nail and started sawing under the acrylic that was on my nail. It’s not The first time I’ve gotten acrylic removed so I know how the process works. It usually does hurt when the nail tech try and go for this method But it does come off easily. This time it felt way different in terms of discomfort and pain. I told him that it hurt a lot but he just looked at me and told me to let him know if I wanted to soak my nails. At this point, he moved onto the third now, which is the one in the picture. I told him that I did want a soak off because it hurt too much. By the time he took off the third nail, I saw that there was a piece that was lifted up, and my nail started hurting really bad. I thought that this was just due to the force Used to lift the acrylic, not realizing that it was my actual nail that lifted off. He cut off the piece that is missing in the photo And when I went to lift up my hand, that is when I saw that a piece was missing and blood. All he would Say is I’m sorry, honey. He could tell that I clearly got mad and upset yet was still giving me subtle attitude. I told him do not touch my finger or nail do not file it do not put anything on it. I folded my finger and he told me to unfold my fingers and PROCEEDED TO PASS A BRUSH OVRR MY HANDS TO WIPE THE DUST OFF. THE BURN AND ANGER THAT I FELT IS UNEXPLAINABLE. HE PROCEEDED TO ASK ME TWO MORE TIMES AFTER I TOLD HIM DO NOT TOUCH MY FINGER. He was being so AGGRESSIVE AND NOT GENTLE AT ALL. It seemed like he was in a rush when there was LITERALLY no one. He told me that he wasn’t gonna charge me (which IS OBVIOUS because I wasn’t gonna pay someone when he hurt me) did not take off correctly the acrylic so this is a lesson to NOT COME HERE AT ALL TO REMOVE YOUR ACRYLIC UNLESS YOU WANT A VISIT TO THE DOCTORS TO PRESCRIBE YOU ANTI BIOTICS
Update just saw a post today made 2 hrs ago by another girl and this please SHOULD NOT BE OPENED! SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY AND SUED. the same guy who did this to me looked like he just took a hammer and hit a girls nail till it broke. Same thing happened to her BUT EVEN WORSE! Disgusting

If I can give this place zero stars I would!!!! My first time here and I hated it! The guy lies to you abut taking you in and then you come sit there fir an hour and he takes someone in front of you. How rude and disrespectful!!! I personally from my experience I would not come back here ever again! Worst nail salon around!

I was not impressed by this place at all. The girl who did my pedicure didn't even want to do my manicure she pushed it off on someone else so she could go shopping in Walmart! The guy rushed thru my mainure, he used old dirty nail files he had used on someone else. He used a electric drill to do my cuticles and damaged 4 of my 10 nails with it. The nail polish was falling off the next day, I would expect it to last at least a couple days. They barely used any top coat there were so cheap with it. I highly recommend not going here it's disgusting and a huge wasted of money.

I highly recommend going with Nicole, she did amazing!! I’m not a talkative person but we had a nice small conversation and she did my nail design perfect
Requested style: I really wanted to get these deep blue nails with a little funky design on two fingers with white lines and it came out perfect.

Easily the worse pedicure I have had. My toes were bleeding, the nail polish was uneven, the toe nails were not properly cut. And I tried to explain to the owner about the situation, and she was extremely rude. Completely unacceptable.

After giving this salon a second chance, I have been coming back for fills ever since! I get acrylic nails with gel polish and my nail tech is extremely talented (keeping their name concealed for selfish reasons) but as you can see their designs are amazing and I am pleasantly surprised every visit! Highly recommend you go check them out! They also provide pedicure and waxing services.

I went to this location to get my gel polish removed on my nails & toes. The owner did a rush job on my services because I wasn't spending more money. Just because someone doesn't take your recommendations. Don't mean give a half ass service. He also did my pedicure the worst I ever had before. I will not come back to this place again. And he cut my toe!
