Best car rental agency I have ever used--coming from a 9 year government employee who travelled at least once a month for work. The store manager Matt cares about his work, and his customers. When Enterprise overbooked my reservation, Matt stepped in and made sure I was able to get me on my way in a rental immediately. If you need a rental car, this is the place to go. Will use again.

I rented a Nissan while I had repairs to my car. The vehicle only had about 45,000 miles on it, but it drove like it had way over that. The front end rattled and I had to keep filling the front tires with air. I also would have expected the car to be better cleaned when received. The windows were dirty and the back seat was dirty. They also didn’t provide AAA or AARP discounts which made my final bill more money than I was expecting. I use another rental car company when I travel and will continue to use them more if this incident comes up again.

Enterprise is absolutely the number one car. Rental company out of the bunch. I've tried them all. Customer service unmatched, if there's an incident with a car, oh I have to say, I've had an incident with one of their cars. They had me in another car in 30 minutes, they sent an Uber right to my location. It brought me to another enterprise seamless, amazing.!!!!! Thank you enterprise !!!!

Rented a car for a few days and Adalissa was my main contact in the Hackettstown office. She was very polite, helpful and professional. I was happy with the vehicle I was given. It was clean and ready to go when I got there. I also had no problems extending my rental for an extra day. I highly recommend this location based on their polite and friendly personell and professional customer service.

Former enterprise employee here….
This Branch manager, Eric, was very unprofessional. Upon first approach he had an attitude. We had a reservation through a corporate account for an economy car (to which there were no Ecars in the lot) and he refused to upgrade us to a vehicle class above economy which is what my flagship Enterprise would ALWAYS honor.
I have never had such a problem and I would like to take this further to his district manager. If someone from corporate could contact me I would greatly appreciate it.

I made my reservation online at around 8am for 12pm, and then called to see if there were vehicles available. The representative I spoke with told me they wouldn't have vehicles available until around 5pm and I said ok. I then asked if they would be able to pick me up and he responded yes. The day went by didn't here anything so I called around 5:30 and was told that the person picking me up just left and should be there shortly. I said ok. I did see that I had a voicemail at 5:27 but I had already spoken to them. I did check the message. The time ticking 6:02 I called back because no one came to get me. I then called the 1800 number they called them and could not get them. If they new they were not coming why would you not let me know. I waisted my whole day thinking they were going to pick me up so I stuck around the house. I will never reserve a vehicle from them again. They are not dependable. What if this was for my job and I had to be there a certain day of which I would not have made it. Shame of you enterprise. You are despicable.

Absolutely the best rental car experience I ever had. Shawn was great. Casey drove me back to my car at Ayers auto body. Jake, let’s go. He was wonderful and the manager. I don’t know his name but he’s the one who got it all done so thank you.

Excellent car rental location. Easy to rent a car to drive to Newark airport. If you are leaving for a few weeks, it's cheaper than taking your own car and parking in a long term rental lot. It's also cheaper than taking car service to the airport. Nice, clean cars. Good customer service.
