I had the pleasure of working with Virginia Green at First Hope Bank on a construction loan and then a mortgage. I can’t say enough about this woman. She was Professional, knowledgeable, and always available when I needed her. If I messaged her the response came quickly. If I had a question, she got me the answers. Building a home can be quite stressful but with Virginia in my corner I didn’t have to worry about the financing at all. It was such a pleasure… Don’t get me wrong. I’m not looking to build another house next week, but I would never go anywhere else for financing. Thank you very much to Virginia Green and all the folks at First Hope Bank.

As a mortgage lender, Virginia is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always puts her clients’ best interests first. They do not honor their checks. I had a customer write me a check for work that I completed and brought the check to them and they would not cash it because I didn't have an account

Friendly staff. Good hours. Basic banking is not usually a problem. The online banking sucks! I left my online account inactive for a while and it locked me out! Nobody in any of the branches, or online can fix it! And I wasn't very impressed with Glen, the manager for his accusing attitude when their was a balance discrepancy. Honestly I don't expect much from banks.

This is literally the only bank in the area that I trust, because it's the only one that doesn't play games with money that isn't theirs. Wonderful people. Beautiful facilities.

Horrible they lock you out of your account every 5 seconds when making a simple purchase. They also have no idea how to keep your password in the system so every time you try to use the app your password wont work. ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING.
