Had a great experience here over the summer where a young gentleman by the name of Fritz helped me with all my needs. I came in looking for vitamins and some other supplements as well as protein powder and Fritz was able to direct me to the right stuff that would be best for my dietary restrictions.
They must be training those employees very well because Fritz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back…

This GNC is awesome! Every time I’m in here Jason is beyond helpful with recommendations and always happy to help. It’s much appreciated for somebody like me who doesn’t know all too much about preworkout and supplements to be able to ask any questions and not feel like I’m ever being judged - some of the best customer service in Hackettstown. I normally order online, for pricing and options, but wanted to give them a try. Price was the same as Amazon and they have a very friendly and knowledgeable manager.

I have automatic delivery for a probiotic recommended by my gastroenterologist, which has been very effective. I had earned a reward for my points, and wasn't able to access my account online to redeem it. The manager at the Hackettstown store, Jason, not only redeemed the reward, but also made suggestions going forward. What wonderful customer service! He was patient and knowledgeable, a true asset to your company.

Woooooow! Is all I am going to say... I suppose the previous staff moved to better opportunities, but the recent person they decided to hire for GNC is so unprofessional, rude, and has been closing the store ON PURPOSE during day hours. This is three days in a row that he keeps saying that I’m coming during the time they’re about to close up. They open up at 11am and close at 8pm. Normally, they close the registers 10 to 15 minutes prior. I don’t know what made GNC hire this guy, but he doesn’t even look like he works out a day in his life... Don’t come here to just collect a paycheck and sit behind the register and intentionally hide every time a customer shows up at the window/door. You’re very conniving and absolutely ridiculous. As a regular customer, I won’t be returning.UPDATE - Jason B. was understanding and compassionate. He took the time to explain that the owner took action on the individual who was responsible for closing the shop during business hours. The person is no longer employed. For the inconvenience, Jason gave me a discount for the pre-workout I originally came in for. I’ll definitely be returning as a regular. Thank you guys for resolving the issue!

Staff is amazing, Marco is super knowledgeable. Even tho there phone has been down he informed me it was because they’re waiting for a new one to come. He helped me get a really great regimen with all of my supplements. I’m down 15 pounds now and counting. Go there you will not regret it!!
