After years of getting taken advantage of by Region, I decided it was time to cut ties and try Hackettstown oil. I'm extremely impressed with their service. I ordered and had my delivery within about 24 hours. No issues whatsoever. Ordered oil, paid up front, oil was delivered without any further interaction, signed up for paperless, and got an emailed invoice. Prices are extremely competitive and fair. The online ordering process is incredibly easy. Highly recommended for your home heating oil needs!

Hackettstown oil always has great prices. I switched to them years ago and have used them ever since. I've had to get same day delivery a few times and they never let me down. They're always friendly and the best!! Great company!!

It took me a bit to find a locally owned business that has not sold to one of the big regional or national companies but I'm glad I found Hackettstown Oil! Joe Pettenger was our Driver; he's a wealth of knowledge and customer service!! Two young brothers own and run this company and their team delivers service like they own the company! Glad I kept it local!!

Filled someone else’s tank instead of ours. Mistakes happen, but when I called they told me my gauge was probably broken because they definitely filled it. I called 2 days later and said there was no receipt left, never heard the truck, and gauge still read empty after resetting it. They finally checked the gps and realized it was delivered to wrong house. I asked them to service the boiler after this since it had been running on empty for days (thinking we had oil) and was smelling like fumes. They said they would have someone come service it that night and no one showed. Disappointing - wont use them anymore.

I am a new homeowner and never had an oil tank before. Two days after moving in I realize our tank was left empty. After freezing all night, I called a few oil places early in the morning but they were either trying to lock me into a contract or just were very rude and unprofessional and said they couldn't deliver same day. This is until I found hacketstown oil corp. Olivia was so pleasant to speak with and although another company offered me a much lower rate, i decided on hacketstown oil due to Olivia's outstanding customer service. She was responsive, polite and although I called numerous times to ensure I was doing my online order correctly, not once did she seem annoyed, instead she was patient and offered to price match the other company and offered me a one time new customer online order discount code. I received my delivery the same day! Olivia is you're reading this, you're the real MVP!The driver came and went unnoticed. The process was hassle free. I can now simply order online and it's just that easy. Thank you hacketstown oil for your service, now my home is nice and toasty!
