TRASH! Don't bother with this place! Tried to rent a car and they called 30 minutes before pickup to tell me they had NO CARS! Customer service was horrible and did nothing to try and remedy situation. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.....TRASH

Excellent service provided especially by Justin Petrovic (5/5). He really was attentive, understanding and provided excellent service.
I highly recommend everyone to use Hertz located at Hacketstown location and look oit for service from Justin.

The worst experience. I barely was able to get anyone on the phone for days, and when you do get someone it is literally no help. Let alone the site giving you 14 minutes to look and book before prices go up/ change.. never will use them. We ended up booking with someone else.

I literally received a confirmation email from Hertz saying I had a car reserved, drove over an hour to pick it up, only for them to call me 10 minutes before they closed saying they had no available cars and could do nothing to help me. Meanwhile, the girl behind the desk was just hitting her vape saying “oh sorry, didn’t see the reservation until now.” 0/10 experience.Go to Avis/Budget down the street! SO helpful!

They don't check the vehicles before you leave with the one you rented. Or when you bring it back. Usually a sales associate will walk around the car with you to make sure there's no damage so nothing can come up later on. Otherwise it's a nice place.
