“The last time I went to Netcong Hardware was maybe 10-15 years ago. Staff was very helpful finding what I wanted, and the store had a very old-school vibe even back then. But I remember buying concrete blocks for a science fair project WAAAY back when I was a kid and Netcong Hardware was still in Netcong on Maple Street where Family Ford is now. I think it moved to Stanhope sometime around 1980 or 1981. Wonderful to see an old legacy business still in operation after so many decades.”

And the staff in this particular store exhibited concern when I felt that the chicks were rushed to market this past year. It doesn't feel like a box store when the staff genuinely cares about us as people.”
