“We were looking for fake grass about 22x12. Sophia, Chris and Suzanne all helped us to measure out a remnant that ended up being too short HOWEVER, all 3 employees went over and above to get the grass down, placed onto a measuring roller to count the actual feet. It was a large remnant and not easy to maneuver but they got it done and were cheerful and pleasant even though it was too short. Sophie looked in the system and found another Lowe’s store near by that had enough length for us. Thank you Sophie, Chris and Suzanne for all your hard efforts!! Bravo!!”
