“Let me start this review by saying the staff and other patrons of this establishment were all extremely pleasant, kind, and respectful, and some of my issues could have easily been fixed, likely by mentioning them.
With that, let's begin: when we first got into our room, it was hot. The room temp had been set to 66, but it was like 75+. The a/c unit was blowing air that was cooler than the room air, but it was not cold. First night there it was hot. Set the a/c to 72 in case it was just overworked. Did not help. The faucet to the tub dripped continuously the entire time and likely needs to be fixed. We closed the window blinds and set the a/c down to 67, and the wall thermostat has low battery, which could be why it's not running at its best. But setting it lower did help produce cold air. It is the start of summer so having some temp issues is no surprise for me, I survived and again would be remedied if I spoke up.
TV runs well, the lights all work and for the most part this place was clean to visual standard. Having the microwave and fridge was a nice addition.
For a last minute reservation it was exactly what we needed if not better.”
