“I went in for a new clasp for a gold necklace. It turned out the old one was slightly bent so it didn’t latch. He fixed it in a few seconds and didn’t charge anything. He seems like a good honest guy to me. He could have sold me work I didn’t need and charged me, I would have paid it willingly.”
“Brought something in to be repaired, unfortunately the item to be repaired needed to be done by the company that built the item. The gentlemen working there took the time to explain the process and even attempted to find a place that could properly fix the item. While they could not help me I would venture to say that, what I got from the jeweler was worth more then the repair would have cost me. That is, excellent customer service and knowledge.”

“What a hidden gem this store is! I've always enjoyed shopping in Chester and when I spotted this store, I had to step inside and see what treasures my Mom and I would find! The store is like stepping into an antique time machine- so vintage, so dainty and full of beautiful reworked, upcycled, and handmade jewlery! The owner is a DOLL! I absolutely love my handmade heart locket ring with a tiny little pearl! The Crosses are absolutely beautiful too! She makes such beautiful creations! I cannot wait to visit The Jewelry Box again soon!”

“What a wonderful experience! Eric took the gold jewelry, and right in front of me, analyzed each piece for gold validity & content using a gold testing kit. He didn't take any pieces in the back (where I couldn't see)- as a result his analysis was done right in front of me. Super easy to sell and Eric is very kind.”
