  Terrible. I'll never go there again. The phlebotomist hit something in my arm that was extremely painful. She claimed it was scar tissue...bullshit! My arm still hurts. Plus wait time is awful.

  Place can be a bit crowded in the morning which is understandable but I didn’t have too much of a wait. Only waited 30 minutes as a walk in for doctors order when a lot others had appointments or their own doctors orders before me.
  
  I hate bloodwork but the lady I had assisting was very nice and talked me through it to distract me. Was very accommodating to my anxiety and even gave me suggestions to make it an easier experience for me such as laying down. Would recommend to anyone.

  The hours LabCorp is open are inconvenient. They should be increased by being open all day and on Saturdays at least

  An excellent choice for lab tests!! The online app for scheduling is easy to use and speeds up check in. The lab in Hackettstown is efficient and smoothly run with practically zero wait time. In and out and minimal time.

  I didn’t have an appointment but barely had to wait. The intake staff were super nice and the people that took my one year olds bloodwork were patient and caring. Highly recommend this LabCorp!

  My wife had an exceptional experience with Carol when she had her blood drawn. Carol’s skill and kindness were unmatched, and she did an incredible job of calming my wife’s nerves. Remarkably, my wife didn’t feel a thing! If you’re someone who is extremely nervous about getting your blood drawn, I highly recommend asking for Carol. She completely changed my wife’s perspective on the process and alleviated her fears. Carol truly made a difference, and we can’t thank her enough!

  These are the rudest, most unprofessional medical staff I have ever had the misfortune to have to seek services from. I asked the phlebotomist how her day was twice and was flat out ignored, literally no response. The only thing she said to me was to not move (I didn’t, I’ve worked in the medical field for 10 years performing blood draws myself and have zero fear of needles). It was the most painful blood draw of my life, and for some reason she elected to use an 18g needle for routine bloodwork. This was Tuesday last week and it has gotten worse every day since. I have black and blue around my entire elbow. I almost didn’t post this but after after encouragement from friends and family who had similar experiences, I had to. Avoid this place like the plague.

  I had such a great experience here. I waited 10 minutes, which isn’t bad, but the phlebotomist I had was fantastic! I think her name was Laura. I explained to her the horrible experiences I’ve had with other phlebotomists, and she made this process so much easier and talked me through it. Also very clean ! The ladies here are great, and I’ll definitely be back :)

  LabCorp was awesome! They took us in right after check-in, no waiting at all, which was a huge relief with a newborn. The staff was super friendly, and everything was so well organized. A big thank you to LabCorp for making the whole process smooth and stress-free for our little one. Highly recommended!
