I bought a Whirlpool dryer after my current Whirlpool dryer finally died (after 20 years!!). I bought a new Whirlpool dryer on January 28, 2023 from Lowe’s Hackettstown NJ. I paid for install and haul away services. In June 2023 I needed to have a repair person come because the dryer STOPPED WORKING after 6 months!!! Well, here I am again January 14, 2024 - NOT EVEN A YEAR LATER and the dryer just won’t run!!!! Furious!!! My clothing is drying on chairs and railings throughout my house!!! I’ll never buy anything from Lowe’s or Whirlpool again. Be warned. Pictures are of my line drying clothing since my dryer of less than a year old won’t work!!!!

Ordered a christmas gift for my son. It was back ordered. Part of the order arrived I picked it up. Sat outside for 20 minutes after letting them know I was there. I then called and told them I only had 5 more minutes I could wait as I had another appointment. The man who answered the phone said the person doing that job was on break. Everyone is entitled to their break, but have someone cover for them especially this time of year. I accepted the delay online twice for the other part of the order. A week later they cancelled that order. They used to be better then Home Depot, but now they are at the same level as them. Amazon got my business!

Purchased a dryer from the Hackettstown store. Dryer stopped working after a day. Called the Hackettstown store. Was told I had to call Phillipsburg to get the issue resolved. Indicated I didn’t purchase the dryer from there. They indicated they couldn’t help me and I had to follow with the Phillipsburg store and perhaps even go to that store. Extremely rude, not interested in trying to resolve the issue just wanted to pass the buck to a store where I didn’t even get the product. Won’t be going back there again.

This is an update but for Lowes in Hackettstown. My refrigerator suddenly failed so I called Hackettstown Lowes (Newton bad experience) and ordered a new one. Lowes now charges for shipping of appliances. They arrived next day as promised and removed 7 year old LG and bought in new. Thats about it. They did not remove any of the wrappings or set up. They did not level nor install new water line Lowes made me buy. I had to ask delivery guys for it before they left. They told us not to remove the plastic for 4 hours. ???? In the meantime it was plugged in. Really nice guys but they did not set up as Home Depot did when they delivered my last LG. When I called their store it took 9 phone calls between 10AM -12PM before I was able to get to speak to someone. Then they gave me a delivery department number to call. The person I spoke with was not sure what the delivery process was or if they were supposed to setup. ??? I gave Lowes another chance but thats it from now on I will shop at Home Depot.

I ordered a Levolor Mark I ( special order ) from Hackettstown N.J. and had a pleasure speaking to Josephine Schwartz. She took her time explaining in full detail how to order the right size for my window. The product came in damage and spoke to the manufacturer who instruct me to call the store. Josephine took care of the problem right away and in no time I got my new blinds delivered to my house. I am soglad that she made sure that customer's gets a full satisfaction with their services. Thank you Josephine and Thank you Lowes.

Excellent customer service. They were quick to help me try and find items that weren't in the place their website described. Might be my favorite Lowe's location.
