We had a fantastic experience at Lube It All in Hackettstown yesterday. The entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful and before us they worked with a young military recruiter to help him with his bill in servicing a GSA vehicle. Everything moved like clockwork. Our wait time was very short, all of the staff were pleasant and helpful, and it was overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Went for an oil change on a Monday around noon. Took no more than 15 minutes and customer service was great. Synthetic oil getting pricy but that’s everywhere nowadays. No leaking oil or any issues afterwards ?

Went to get an oil change & when i got my car back my RPM gauge was bouncing from .5k up to 1.2k in idle
Went back just for them to tell me they don’t know what happened and i have to go to my dealership to get the problem fixed , basically payed 100 bucks for them to mess up my car .
Save yourself the headache.

On September 5, 2023, I went to Lube It All on Mountain Avenue for an oil change around 2:30 in the afternoon. I've been going there for years but recently the service has declined. The previous time I went, they didn't put the carpet protector paper on the floor therefore leaving a nasty mess from oily feet. I had to have them come out and clean it before I left. When I was there this time the employee got in to move my car inside and he pulled backwards twice screeching my tires. The second time he stalled it out. The other employee there, which I assume, was the one in charge went out and was talking to him. I went out to see what was going on and they pointed fingers at me excitingly yelling "What's wrong with your car, what's wrong with your car!" I told them there was nothing wrong with my car and my tires have never screeched like that and my car has never even stalled. I asked if the non-English speaking employee had a drivers license because it appeared to me that he didn't know how to drive a automatic car. He never told me if the employee had a drivers license. He kept avoiding the question. I certainly no longer wanted an oil change by them. I got in my car and it started right up and drove normally with no issues as usual. I believe not all employees there have legal driver licenses and I don't want anyone driving my car that is not licensed. The one in charge was rude and pointing fingers at me like I was the one that did something wrong. No apologies for the rough treatment of my car. I left and I will never go back.
