Sales Man was Steve and Fiance was Alex- these guys knew I hate long drawn out processes and in general discomfort about purchasing a car. They both were straight forward and made the process seemless. I would highly recommend this dealership for your car needs. nothing negative about the experience.

Very disappointed in pricing structure. After having been a repeat customer, they provided an estimate of a $358 diagnostic charge prior to doing any work on our car. They failed to communicate this when we scheduled the service. We declined the service and will be taking our car elsewhere.

I don’t like this place - had a extremely pressure-filled sales experience years ago and now occasionally deal with their service department.
The service manager Alex Popolo is gruff and not pleasant to speak with (typical stereotypical north Jersey guy). Just the way he answers the phone is uncomfortable. Cheer up man.
Then you have the service waiting area - which is small, beaten-up looking and uncomfortable.
All you have to do is walk into Hackettstown Honda (similarly priced cars etc) to see what a difference a company can make when they invest in the customer experience (unlike motion Kia).
Most people in this area (of course) won’t notice these issues because like I said, Alex’s demeanor and the beat up service waiting area is the norm in North Jersey (but it doesn’t have to be that way).

Everyone was very nice. They even offered me a place to sit and work while I waited for my car. My only concern is why does the Kia website say oil change every 8k miles but the dealership said 5k
SINCE YOU CAN NOT RESPOND I'M GOING TO EDIT MY POST.
SO MOTION KIA IS SAYING THAT WITH SYNTETIC OIL IT SHOULD BE CHANGED EVERY 5K MILES, HOWEVER THE KIA WEB PORTAL THAT I LOG INTO STATES 8K. SO THE WEBSITE IS WRONG?
