What an amazing experience! Ask for Howie I went down the list and called every Kia dealer looking for a Carnival EX in black, grey or blue. Every dealer I spoke with said they would call me right back (and didn't), told me they had to run my credit over the phone to give me price on the car (even though we weren't financing it), didn't have a car in stock, or just wouldn't give me a price without coming in to the showroom (even when I explained I was very pregnant and on bedrest). Global Automall and Kia Bridgewater were adding an automatic $5k mark up. Eventually I got to Motion Kia and Howie. I asked for the out the door pricing and what colors they had coming in, etc. Howie said he called right back with an out the door price... and actually did. There was no BS just honest answers. I gave a deposit over the phone and when we went in to pick up the car everything was set and ready to go. I couldn't believe how quickly we were in and out. Howie also took the time to set up the Kia app and he sat with us in the new vehicle and showed us all the features the car had to offer. He was even able to mail us the plates as the dealership was about an hour from where we live.Truly an amazing experience from start to finish, my husband and I were extremely pleased with the customer service and fair pricing the dealership offered.

The entire purchase process was seamless. I went into the dealership after researching the vehicle and price point I would be comfortable with. Without any issues the Motion Kia team made it happen. I have to say both Steve Mattison and Orlando Sanchez are truly superb at what they do.You have a customer for life.

Not a fan of dealer, the place seemed a bit shady. I walked in, took an EV6 for a test drive, which had a markup, the whole experience was off to me. I took a ride to Abeloff in Stroudsburg, completely different experience! Do yourself a favor and and time, take a ride to PA, the change in dealership experience is drastic! Also, there was no markup!

The guys at Motion are the best! I was in and out of there with my new lease 3 years ago and again this month to buy my car at lease end. No more waiting hours in the dealership for me! They get it done, and I got a great deal! Howie is a great guy, kind, and honest, and he really cares! It was a great experience both times!

I completely disagree with other rating. This dealership will have an untimely end. It is not friendly, they don't look client in the eye, which lead me to believe they were not honest, which they are not! Connor was a little boy, and the dealer has to update their ethics to the 21st century. Or is that too big a word for them, ethics!

Howie (Sales) & Bob (finance) are the BEST! I had a small window of time to be in the dealership and needed to move quickly. They worked with me to get all documentation setup ahead of time so that the time spent there was minimal without feeling rushed! They answered all of my questions and I was done with the paperwork stuff in 25min! The rest was spent enjoying the car tutorial, and then I was done. SO refreshing, I’ll be a Motion customer for the long haul.

Decided on a new KIA Sorento SX back in 2016 for my wife because I had heard of their reliability. For 7 years had it serviced at Motion for every oil change and recomended service. Received new tires for the life of the car which was a nice benefit. Unfortunately the car died at only 107K miles. How is that possible? My 2013 Ford Edge has 130K miles on it and is running fine. Oil light came on the Sorento two weeks ago, brought it in to Motion and they said it needed a new engine, that it was a known problem with the Sorento's. 10K for a replacement engine. Another mechanic shop in town suggested we call back to let them know Kia was extending warranty's because of the issue. Motion said it was only the 4 cylinders not the 6 cylinders. When I tried to call KIA corporate I was on hold for hours at a time and was never able to get a person to speak too.I was able to get a few thousand dollars from Cars for Cash. Motion said they would try to work out a deal on a new or used car. We never heard back from them.Although the workers at Motion are friendly and always treated my wife nicely, I will never buy or have my vehicles serviced there again.

This was our first car and first experience through Kia and Motion Kia. When you go, make sure to ask for Steve Mattison. We couldn’t have asked for a better Salesman.Our last car has been in the family for 11 years, it was with us through a lot of family memories, vacations, and sporting events. Buying our next car was a huge step for our family, and Steve greeted us with not only a smile, but also a sense of peace. He had our new family car waiting for us when we arrived, he was patient and kind, everything you need and want in a Salesman. Most of all he was HONEST. We had been a little flustered and nervous walking in, and he was helped us through it all. Every one of our questions were answered with a smile, and he was just so personable. You could tell that will all of his experience he really loves his job, and helping people find the right car.Thank you Steve from the bottom of our hearts.We appreciate all of your kindness through the buying process.

Awesome experience!!! Brett from sales is the absolute best. He spent so much time with us without pressuring us at all. This was a new experience for me so I had a ton of questions, and he walked me through every step and then some. Orlando in finance was awesome to deal with! I'm thrilled with the entire experience, the deal, and the car itself. This team truly treats you like family!

I had an amazing experience at Motion Kia when buying a pre-owned car. I was able to get a great car and a relaxed buying experience. The staff was super friendly and no high pressure sales pitches. They took the time to ask me questions and find out what would best fit my needs then helped match me to the perfect car. I have to say, it was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I called Kia about a knock in my engine. The guys told me to bring it right in for them to look at. Had it towed in on a Tuesday.Rich called me to let me know the car arrived to him. 30 minutes later or so he was calling me back saying that I was getting a new engine. He said he ordered it and that I should have my car by Monday the latest.Well on Friday morning that same week as dropping it off, he called and said my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived Alex explained everything that was done. The guys at Motion Kia in Hackettstown have taken very good care of me since I purchased my Optima back in 2018. They are great there.Thank you guys.....

Jamie, the sales rep was helpful and professional. The car, however had issues and was VERY quickly back to the dealership and has been in the service center for WEEKS. I'm not contacted with updates, I don't know when I can expect to have my new car back and I'm not confident in the reliability of a car that needs to be weeks in repair, right out of the box!

5 star experience with Motion Kia. Ask for Julian. Julian was friendly, honest, and made the whole process EASY which is what everyone is looking for when they are buying a car. Orlando, the finance manager, had me approved within 2 minutes and even offered me a $500 discount on the vehicle as a courtesy. Let these guys earn your business, you won’t be disappointed.
