“I have been using Schooley Mountain UPS's services for 17 years or more. The employees are always very respectful, with professional manners, very quick and, more importantly, no delivery ever lost. I know the UPS prices are higher than @ USPS. But who wants to deal with the arrogant attitude of the USPS staff and the endless loss of mail. I prefer to pay a little more and save myself from headaches.”

“I can't give a 5 because they have lost my print orders twice in 4 months...but today the Copy Center Made up for it all. While I had to wait I joked is there a discount for that? She said "sure". While I tried to keep my special needs child busy (and not into everything) they reprinted. The associate found me and as I went up to pay, she stated, no charge. I was truly not expecting that. She took lemons and made lemonade. Kudos!”
