Quest Diagnostics facilities are so efficient. Scheduling, check-in, the actual bloodwork and then getting results are all so streamlined. The portal is so easy to use to view results and then also see historical views for same tests.

I usually have a difficult time getting blood, but they're always amazing! I've taken my infant and toddler here and they do a wonderful job.

I went on Saturday morning 12/20/25 for a walk in drug test. When I got there unnoticed that they don’t do drug screening on Saturday so I wanted to ask a question and an employee of quest this lady with a heavy sounded like Russian accent was walking in so I said excuse me multiple times to get her attention and she completely ignored me and walked away and went in without acknowledging me I had to know on the door very hard to get her to turn around and she said with a bad attitude let me settle in I’m just getting here I told her that’s all you had to say not walk away and ignore me. She never came back

I have been going to Quest Diagnostics for all of my lab work for many years. Staff have always been professional, and let's not forget a huge improvement in their check-in/check-out processes in their Technology.

I love Quest for their entire system!! From the user friendly website to make appointments to the easy peasy text check in and most especially the great phlebotomists! Every single one at the location I frequent, is not only an excellent “no pain” tech, but friendly and fun! I don’t mind a blood draw whatsoever with these great people!

Last time I was here, I had a script on my phone and the lady asked me to send it over by email and she then immediately received it and took my blood. Never said how to send it over ahead of time or have my doctor fax the script next time, so I thought that I could do the same. Except this time, the tech was so beyond nasty, had a miserable attitude and told me to go back to the waiting room to do it. Which would have been perfectly fine if she wasn’t so aggressive and belittling. Treated me as if I was stupid and wasting all of her time. Talking over me and not letting me explain how I didn’t know how to send it ahead of time and that I was sorry no one told me differently at my last visit. I went back to the lobby, emailed my script and then another tech got me who was incredibly kind and much more comforting. All while I could hear the nasty, miserable woman talking horribly to another client, over the phone I believe. As someone struggling with illness, about to go through a big surgery, the last thing i needed was to be crying in the lobby because of how nasty the woman who is supposed to be helping me is. I would definitely think more about personality when hiring in the medical field!

Denise is awesome and takes your samples in a way that is very quick and (almost) painless! I didn't have the proper paperwork with me but she was still an absolute joy and helped me find what I needed to get my tests done.
11/10 would get poked again by her again and genuinely hope I can request her for my future visits. Honestly the easiest and quickest blood draw I have ever had.

I was very impressed with the Hackettstown facility. I checked in on Saturday morning as a walk-in, with my two young kids, to drop off a sample that was frozen. The kiosk told me the wait could be an hour or more and there were 5 walk-ins ahead of me. The lobby was packed, standing room only. The technician acknowledged that I had a frozen sample that was at risk of going bad, and she was able to work me in ahead of schedule since I was doing a simple drop off. It only took 4 minutes for her to help me, but boy, was I appreciative of her consideration and efficiency! The technician’s name was Denise. I am grateful that I did not have to stand in a waiting room for over an hour and run the risk of my frozen sample going bad.
Thank you for hiring good quality people like Denise who help improve efficiencies, making a better experience for your customers! :)
