I have an appointment today at the hospital satellite office with my 90-year-old mother for a remainder of an MRI. I was given a # to call in advance so they could open the side door as my mother is on a walker. I have tried both available numbers for the last two hours. No one picks up With a bad hip myself, having to walk through the rain all the way through the building in order to prop the door open myself is challenging. Very disappointed. There is no way to reach them

I like the fact that they 3 different areas on my dexa scan. I was told that I would be sent a copy of the results, but they never did. I have another doctor who needs the results, so I still need to have them sent to me.

Appointment was on time and the reception staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The CT technician was also very professional. Very pleased with my experience.

My experience at ImageCare in Hackettstown was awesome. Everyone was so personable, from the receptionist to the mammogram technician to the ultrasound technician. The decor was inviting. The chairs and couch in the waiting room were cool looking and comfy. A highlight was having a warm robe and warm towels to clean up the gel after the ultrasound. Great service all around.

I'm going to be 65 this year and I've had my share of pelvice and vaginal sonograms but today was the 1st time ever where I was taken care of within 5 minutes of arriving . . The fact they were aware and considerate of the fact I had to hold my urine for part of my exam was my best experience ever

Very professional and clean place. During this time of Co-vid, they have initiated standards in order to keep everyone that enters the facility safe. I have recommended this place to all my friends.
