Mike S at the Mansfield NJ store was great. Helped me with troubleshooting a printer problem and was really helpful with recommending a new printer. He was also helpful when my wife bought a new computer there recently. He's readily available to answer followup questions and provide post-sale assistance.

Enough staff on duty and they're knowledgeable, helpful and intelligent. The Hackettstown, NJ store is one of the better locations I've ever been to.

The employees paid attention and asked if I needed help finding anything. When I asked about ring lights with stands, I was quickly shown the in-store selection. I was able to find what I needed. The second cashier called me over to check out since the customer in front of me had a large order and I only had 3 items. Very happy with my experience.

Was in on May 6th in Hackettstown at about 3pm and the older woman at check out handling Amazon returns was obviously upset that she had to do so. Super rude to me since I did not know the process. I thought it was me. After I went back to my car to get my phone to show the QR that would be clearer than the paper work I had I got in line behind another return. She was just as rude to him! Luckily, by the time I got to the front of the short line someone else stepped in and helped me since she abandoned the station and went to checking out people that were buying things(understandable). The funny thing is just before the younger co-worker helped out she was rude to him as well. She needs to go!

The Tech Team at Hackettstown Staples was a pleasure to work with, taking time to explain features of laptops and printers. They ultimately helped me with my final decision. I opted to have Mike come to the house to connect the laptop and printer…he arrived at the scheduled time and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. George was very helpful when I explained that I was not allowed to pick up anything over 5 lbs and he gladly weighed the paperwork to be shredded ... the young lady that was also working in the same department I couldn't see her because her is very long she gladly helped me set a Staples rewards card if only young people were as pleasant as these 2 young workers ... I also noticed that you can deal with Amazon at the store and if you need to get rid off clothes or other clothing donations they have several donation bins at the end of the parking lots as you can see by the pictures included only things that can fit in the slot is the only things you can donate, I strongly suggest that you DO NOT ANY ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE BIN ... YOU WILL PROBABLY RECEIVE A CITATION ... I see that they are a UPS hub here and they have trucks and bobcats here not sure if you can rent them as I didn't ask about that service.
