Setting up the rental was easy. The man who helped us set up our rental explained the details and had us set up very quickly. Getting in and out of the complex was always easy. The complex is well maintained.

The staff was very helpful. They walked me through all I needed to store my car, explained details, and accommodated my specific needs to ensure I was set to bring the car in from out of state to store it at their facility. Thank you all for your kind assistance!

They are really nice people they did everything that they said that thay was going to do but the guy didn't get the lock combo to open the storage bin but they took care of my needs and wants I give them a 10 out 10 it a clean place and really nice people that are there

The staff was always so nice and helpful and always treated me with respect and went above and beyond for me. The price is a bit much for the indoor, 2nd floor units, with limited access (not 24 hours), but the guys there are always nice and kind and helpful and made the experience better for me. They were very informative and helped show me around multiple times until I made a choice that was right for me at the time.

My wife and I rented a CubeSmart Storage Bin in Hackettown NJ for our motorcycles. It's a greatlocation, quite with low traffic and easy access. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

The staff is great and the place is kept clean. It would have been 5 stars aside from the cost to rent. It went up approximately 40% over 3.5 years.
