Service staff is very pleasant. They don't try and upsell you anything. Offer you promotions and coupons that you don't know exist! Definitely recommend them for service.

Went for oil change. Was charged $95.00. My coupon was at home they would not honor coupon. Called back Julian Noriega the same day and they would not honor coupon. Not happy !. My husband and I are both over 80 years old and on a budget. We have leased 5 cars through Subaru of hackettstown. Julian Noriega was not helpful to a loyal customer !

I went to Hackettstown Subaru to have an oil leak looked at. I received excellent, friendly service (they even vacuumed my driver’s seat). There’s a lounge with comfortable seats and coffee and bagels. I was very happy with the experience, and plan ro make Hackettstown Subaru my go-to shop
