My wife was just there we are fairly new to Hackettstown and want to use local shops and restaurants whenever we can however this place is no longer on our list, she waited 35 min and then the girl who took her had no idea what she was doing. Horrible she will never go back and we will tell everyone about this horrible experience.

awesome. I drove all over town this morning trying to find any nail place that would do acrylic fills with no appointment. this was the only one I could find that was reasonably priced that had an open slot for me. I got Dawn to do my acrylic fill and my eyebrows and she did a great job! spent alot of time making sure my nails were even and that everything was done correctly. she was also very kind. my nails and my eyebrows turned out great ? very happy customer. she even messaged my shoulders and my hands! I will definitely be returning next month!

Horrible! I went for a pedicure and the man was digging and twisting at my cuticles, and then I noticed he was trying to hide my big toe with his finger because it was bleeding, and he had taken a chunk out of the side of it! I couldn't believe it, and stopped him right there, but he wanted to continue! I got a bandaid and left, and immediately went to CVS for neosporin. I am REALLY hoping I don't get an infection from this. I am worried and upset. It's clear he had no training in this. Will never come back here!

The place is filthy and using improperly sanitized tools to treat customer's nails. Also I realized that they need licensed nail technicians by the law. It can not be tolerated against health issue. I won't be back again. Good luck...

I love the crew at Town Nails. It's not the most modern place but the service is head and shoulders above their competition. The pedicures are winners it's a multi step process cut,file, pumice, cuticle cutting, then the fun begins lemons,honey rub,Shea butter , and hot towels. I do gel manicure and they have an extensive supply of color options. it;s a family business and they are all incredibly nice and competent.

The people that manage this place are nice but I had the worst manicure I've ever had at this salon. I'm not picky when it comes to my nails at all, but multiple of my nails were bleeding- I don't blame solely the manicurist for this but she didn't attempt to fix any of the botched nails (even after I asked her to fix the nail beds she ripped) In addition, they were filed pretty uneven and she didn't clean up the polish she got on the surrounding areas outside of my nail. I'd say the worst part though was how unsanitary this place was. Right after she finished my manicure, she used the same tools, without wiping them with a cleaning solution/alcohol, on the next customer..despite the fact that I was bleeding. That could be potentially hazardous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You're not going to receive a decent manicure (based off that one technician I had) nor is it safe/clean.

OVERVEW: (4) A great place for mani/pedi. It's kind of run down, in need of a bit of updating, but the service is great and they really do a wonderful job. MANI: (4.5) They are quick and efficient. Regular polish or gel, they do such a good job that the polish stays nice for over 2 weeks. PEDI: (4.5) As with the mani, they are quick and efficient if that is what you want. If you want it to last, they will take their time and give you a true spa pedicure. Fresh lemon juice and honey make for a soothing aromatherapy experience as well. SERVICE: (5) Everyone, and I mean everyone, who works there is openly nice and outgoing. They make you feel like you are the most important person there, and will gladly bring you into whatever conversation is going on when you get there. They strive to make the experience memorable, and it is. DECOR: (2.5) Overall the place is very clean, just looks kind of run down, almost shabby. Don't let that deter you from the place. Look past the decor to the service and workmanship of the ladies who work there.
