What a terrific experience doing business with Bill's Service Center for my first U-haul rental. Everything was ready when I arrived for the pickup, terms of the contract were explained, and no issues with dropping off the van after hours. The final bill was emailed to me and there were no surprises.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable personnel helped quickly to get me going. I did not have a reservation but they were able to accommodate. This was my second time renting from them. It WILL NOT be my last.
