I came on the weekend and the place wasn't busy. The desk staff was really nice and helped me workout issue. I like this location because you can print amazon labels and pack up the returns on your own at the kiosk. It's so convenient

Older guy with white hair rushed me out of there as fast as possible without making any attempt to try and help while the younger female was trying to help and had me leave even though she fixed the issue. He was rude to me and her as well. Any complaints she makes about him being rude to her are most likely true

Do not use this location. I dropped off a amazon return there. They gave me a receipt but amazon never received it and it shows scanned in to the location but never left the ups store and after talking to amazon it looks like it was stolen. As it never left the store, it had to be stolen from someone there. Now I'm trying to get my money back. Thought I could trust ups but I guess not.

Terrible customer service. Charged me for an amazon return label and then after said I could have converted the return type so they could scan it for free. Lovely

I recently visited this UPS store and, while the staff were friendly and nice, I was disappointed with their pricing. Most convenience stores charge around $5 to notarize a document, but here they charged me $20 per document—four times the usual rate. Unfortunately, this level of price gouging has lost them my business moving forward.

Avoid using this as your Amazon delivery location.
They will accept and sign for your packages in the morning, yet when you arrive to pick them up that evening they will be unable to find your package - despite UPS themselves being the sole courier. I provided their own tracking information which included a record of an employee at that location signing for it that morning and received no assistance beyond a cursory glance around the room and an ' I don't know, come back tomorrow '
Then they will take it upon themselves to return the package to the seller early the next morning without your consent, despite them being allegedly being unable to locate it.
When calling the store and asking what/why was told 'well it was oversized and Amazon shouldn't be sending that here'.
UPS used to be a good company, after this experience I'll be moving all my shipping needs to FedEx.

Absolutely terrible customer service quoting 3 different rates within a 5 minute discussion. Would not honor a UPS employee discount on over $200 worth of shipping. I'll never use this location ever again. Use Fed Ex people but certainly not this UPS store location.

I love this store. The employees are so friendly and willing to help. I have visited a few other UPS stores, but none are as good as this one.

Wait in line for service .. told to wait at the desk. While waiting decided to serve the customer behind me... while he starts serving him 5 + customers walk in. When I asked, I have been waiting, he basically said I can't help you until someone else comes to help me... come back later.
Drove 15 miles, called and emailed a day before for notary service. waited 20min while others who arrived after me gets service, for something that takes less than 5 min is not acceptable customer service.
