Be cautious and be sure to ask lots of questions. They sold us lots of stuff that was not necessary.I just got off of the phone with Verizon and she stated that they have calls all the time on Large bills and stated retail locations do this bad practice all the time. The Orbit WIFI Hotspot that they give you is a monthly fee towards a purchase as well as operation costs NOT FREE! I just got off the phone and removed all the BS they sold me at a huge savings
